I do not pay taxes on operations with crypto currency. I do not want to do this voluntarily, and government agencies can not force me to do this, because they do not know about my income.

It depends on the country you live. You need to know regulations well. However, if you are dealing with small amounts i dont think that would be an issue in most cases. For further assurance i would advice you to consult an accountant.

I haven't paid yet all my taxes from my profit that I get to bitcoin last year, I think it is not that bad for now and I also think that investing to bitcoin do not need to pay taxes because it is risky to invest our money I mean if we lose money do the taxes pay us for what we lose in investing to the currency we invested. That's why I think it is really not bad at all.
Maybe we see that the taxes is kinda unfair, but that's the reality, the government requires us to pay taxes for the sake of building infrastructure and giving us what we needs like assurance or many more. Everytime we get a profit and adds or expand our wealth we will be required to pay taxes. That's okay, but what's terrible is when the taxes you paid to the government as an obeying and good citizen ended up being corrupted, it's just sad, it's like giving away our money to a lazy ass person.

So far I have not paid taxes on the profits I make from electronic money. This is also what I enjoy not to be taxed. Investing in electronic money in Vietnam if successful, high profits you enjoy also failed to lose money you bear. The state or law does not intervene so do not pay taxes.

Personally, i do not use fiat on crypto exchange and this is not also available in my jurisdiction, so i do not pay tax, but i do not know if the fee deducted by exchanges are also used as tax by those exchanges.
The fees deducted from your trade is paid in tax but that is the tax payable by the exchange from their earning. They do not pay for you from your earning and from your fees. while if the exchange will be from your country and your country will regulate that exchange then they will have the duty to give the details and to collect the tax if they were asked from your country to do so.

Normally in any country you need to pay tax on any type of income you received with some exceptions . Profit from crypto trading or investment in ICO is also accounted for tax liability but laws are different in different countries , so you should have mentioned your country also .
if amount of profit is not that large then you need not to worry much for documentation but still i would advise you to take advice from accountant . you can also ask him to adjust losses in scam ico , hacked amount against your profits .

I believe many people here are providing proof of tax evasion. I advise everyone who did so to delete their messages, although it may be too late.

I do not pay taxes from crypto. The tax code of my party does not provide for the payment of taxes from operations with crypto currency. And I'm very happy about that.

Hi.

i didn't traded so much of my crypto for FIAT so i didn't dealt with that question yet.

however i think it's an issue need to be dealt with.

1. do you use accounting services?
2.if so, do you keep documentation of all traded or bought coins?
3. what do you do in cases of profit from ICO's

WHAT SHOULD I DO??
I don't use accounting service. I will try to pay the tax if that will be applied in my country but my country is still not considering to give a tax to the traders.

I'm trying to stay anonymous when bying or selling cryptocurrencies to avoid any taxes . Keep in mind that in some countries , people must pay taxes not from received profit , but from a total turnover , which can defeat any purpose of trading activity as for me . So the best we can do is to stay anonymous as long , as it possible .

First you should have mentioned from which country you come from. And only from there people can help you with particular suggestions.
I come from EU and still, every Eu country has their own regulation regarding taxes.
I was thinking that i could pay the minimal amount needed to be legit (a particular type of bussines), the minimal amount is 15%. But I do not make enough to think of it right now.

Depends on whether your country has tax regulations for cryptocurrencies. If it does, you should comply with it to avoid problems. My country doesn't have such regulations so I don't pay taxes. I think I'm lucky that way.

If these coins are not legalized in our country then I think it is not important that we pay taxes in the profit from these coins. If the governments will want a tax in that profit then it is important for them that they legalize these cryptocurrencies in their country and have to allow their banks to adopt and start to use these cryptocurrencies then it will be obligated on us to pay taxes.

I doubt something at all that someone pays taxes on cryptocurrencies , of course I do not deny that there are people who pay but 95% does not pay , because it is impossible to track income.

I don’t pay taxes because I deal in decentralized coins and don't think that the government should interfere in this market, they have their own, centralized, market to deal with. If the government starts to impose taxes, the cryptocurrency will absolutely lose the market.
