All investors will get their token as a prove they have invested on this project. They will get return with percentage and time that determined.

Im all for this idea as long as the tokens are not made tradable to any exchange. If it was there would be a lot of speculation in it, making it no better than the scamcoins that have been created in the past. But what is stopping this from becoming a ponzi?

it is a brilliant idea. build a house that is a lot, then sell it. you will get a lot of profit. however noteworthy that the capital must be owned very large. Now just imagine the price of a house. we should really focus on the current bitcoin to have the capital to become a business in the future. all dreams can be realized when our best efforts we can do.

It is a good idea if you can justify its assets to a State
in my country for online profits they take 55% tax
so it is impossible for me to justify some larger sums of money without having to pay tax
and a lot of taxes, If you want to be legally
but if it is in his country are allowed to why not to try

No thats not a brilliant idea, are you crazy? This is already being done by real estate developers and they are doing a fine job at it without using Bitcoin. Why do you think is Bitcoin needed to start something like that?

Car rental sounds a good idea because you no need to buy goods. Your properties are cars. I think you can accept bitcoin as the payment because the transaction can be very personal.

You can grow organic agriculture and as a method of payment put BTC also, if your government permits that.

I am interested in growing mushrooms it is not difficult to conquer technology and learn all about it, but my government will not let me to offer payment in BTC as an option of payment, which is a shame, because that would only improve business.

True, gambling is really a hard habit to break and that would really need a solid conviction to quitting to really get rid of it. Investments however are not a sure thing and you will know this if you have been investing. No risk, no return. The higher the risks the higher the return and potentially the losses. Without exposing ourselves to risks then there is no point and no profit.
I would also advice people who think gambling is an investment to wake up from your delusions! It practically stupid to rely on gambling as a means of earning from. There is little chance you will win there. Gambling makes an illusion that it is easy to win and make a lot of money from it but in truth, it is a honeypot and it's a trap!

But for the people who are addicted to it, they cannot control while playing gambling. Gambling seems to be very easy money, but it is very hard to predict that chance of winning from it. It is a very good idea to set up an offline business instead of playing gambling.

Yeah we I have a lot of ideas to have on offline businesses that will be use for bitcoin money, like investing in a restautant business, grocery stores, purified water refilling stations, bakery and many more to choose. You can use your money exchanged from btc to be profitable aside from online business and actually you can establish a legitimate electronics repair shop using the profit you have from passive incomes you have from those businesses you have in the future and that's one of it's example.

Because I'm not finding any feasibility of running offline business based on bitcoin payment system. It seems, we need to convert bitcoin and only with fiats we can build business and we can manage it.

If that is the approach then renting out/real estate/ lending kind of lot of offline business opportunities are available in almost every country. But I believe we must look for bitcoin based businesses because that only will boost bitcoin adoption which will help all the bitcoiners at another end.

It's not that bad if you will make an option to your business about bitcoin payments. It's your choice if you'll fully make your business as a total bitcoin accepting one instead why not try to make your business to be flexible. Since there are people that you are targeting whose not into bitcoins just make bitcoin payment as their choice. Just like those people that will be renting your houses, if they'll pay give them that choice.

The business is indeed something that gives an advantage to everyone, but if we don't get to addressing the business well. then everything will just give bad impact or will only make us get the losses (due to incorrectly set the business). Computer devices are indeed now much in search and being no. 2 after smartphone used by everyone. So it is indeed business computer device is one of the best idea, but we should still cling to economic law
