It's always risky to invest into new projects but I have seen people earning huge amount on the day of listing itself, it's a double edged sword if you blindly invest but if the new project is driven by a genuine team with clear goals and have big organisations as partner then it would surely be fruitful. I think we need to look for the dev team, whitepaper, partners and nature of business.

Interesting question for me.
I often invest in new projects, especially in metaverse concepts or game products that are developed, I started this a few months before but I'm still looking for the best what I do, am I not afraid of losing, of course there is fear but I'm sure What am I doing.

Remember that new projects are full of promise even though it can't be proven later, but if you do deeper research and see the background of the project you will understand where to invest in a new project, if you think it's less attractive then don't ever make an initial investment.

This is what I was hoping as well in my previous reply.
I, myself, never tried to buy these newer project, no matter on how good the token sale is/was. It smells fishy that a project wants to be in demand by lowering their price, then people would just dump it off when the token gets listed.

Still here hoping that we're both wrong thinking that the OP is shilling. It is quite common now in this board, sadly.

New projects are very hard to invest on because you don't know what will be the outcome, if the team will be dedicated to the project or if they are just quick profit seekers, but if you happens to find a good new project to invest on, the reward is great especially when you are able to exercise patience to the project to grow to maturity.
I also have 2 new projects am watching, hopefully I can get in during their public and see what the outcome will be.

Investing in a new project is very close to losing money. It takes various studies before making a decision. Investing in crypto is better on proven coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin and coins that are in the top 10 on coinmarketcap. These coins are a safe choice for investment.

It would be nice if you could use the web link of the token. If this link https://yfilabs.finance/ is the web then it is an ether network project. ETH is pumping at the moment. Observe their activity, token amount, everything. Decide what to do after reading, Because Profit Loss is yours, don't turn someone else's decision into your own.

True, I prefer to invest in new projects because only investing in new projects will increase assets significantly, many people are afraid of being scammed from new projects, but for me this is part of the risk that is difficult to avoid, the most important thing is to spread money on many projects so that there are skyrocketing project.
You will be safe if you invest only what you can afford to lose only, many newbies goes all in with what they have that's why they always have bad stories to tell, new projects are 10 times more dangerous than old projects so dyor

Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?
If you're actually asking this question genuinely, and this isn't an attempt at shilling, then I'd say I do not frequently invest in new projects, for me, it takes quite a lot before I can put my money into a project, I have to go through a lot of research and findings to discover if the project has a use case, if it's sustainable for the long term, what are the goals of the project, etc, but mind you that many projects fail to get a pass mark in all of this, and as such I just concentrate my investments in Bitcoin, ethereum, and other few coins I believe in to be actually worthwhile.

I've not heard about the coin you mentioned here, but it looks more or less like a pump and dump coin, and like I said, if this thread isn't actually an attempt at shilling, then I'd say you should do more research into the project, and generally you should stop going after new projects that lack vision, but invest in Bitcoin and hodl for the long period, it'll definitely turn out to be more profitable.

New project are very interesting and inviting to invest but many don't always turned out, this reminds me of thread where they discuss about Altcoins white paper and aftermath of a project when they get listed.
You have to do a thorough research and personal reviews on new project before you decide to pour heavy money into them such as venture capitals, angel investors and also how the tier tokens were sold such as seed sales, private sale (may be 1 or 2) and then public sales and lastly the tokenomics.

Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?

I want to invest in a promising project called Yearnlab. Their token sale starts on 7th Dec and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.

Share your thoughts on such an investment. Maybe you have some interesting cases on this matter.
If afraid lose money then don't make investment. It is not about we afraid lose money or not because risk will always there. The most important thing is how much we can afford if we want to buy new coins because risk behind it is really big, we can lose all our money if the coin already dead after launched.

If I want to invest in new projects, I will not use too big money so I do not have to lose too big if the project is a scam. When we invest in anything, we should realize that we can not always make a profit because the investment has a risk.

If you want to invest in that project, you should know how much money you will use and as I said before, do not use too big money because you do not know if that project can give you profit in the future or will scam you. As long as you can accept the risk of losing the money and not using too big money, you are good to invest in that project.

The upcoming projects was so plenty especially memecoins that seems everydays we will see hundreds or thousands new projects available and it very confusing me to choose so i don't take time to learn about all of them especially early projects seems risky for me because mostly it change to scam projects so after considering it i was decide to stick at on going projects and more likely popular coins to invest
Yes i also think so that new project are very risky if it has no perfect concept evn the market popularity .As i have seen for long time that most of the new project which has actually don't have any strong concept gone to finish within short time .Its true that some meme coin can give you huge return but most of the are scam .So isn't it risky to put your capital on it .So that it will be very good for us that always invest on strong project which has never get any confused you to become scam .I actually don't suggest to invest on the very new project of the market .

Have you studied the roadmap for the project? Of course it is not a rash thing and does not necessarily invest without knowing the whole thing. You have to do a lot of research on what will be used as your financial investment sector. I'm not going to comment too much on the project you're referring to, because this goes back to the point you've already made in your research. It's just that for me personally, whatever the project is if we trust and have fully done research based on each other's knowledge.

As a general idea, moreover, we haven't talked about that in the Yearnlab project yet.

This seems another fishy project shilling aside from that CheckShit project that people seemed to shill a lot in here. I am not going to bother checking that project you mentioned. The only coin I invest right now is Bitcoin. The reason why I am reading around here is to see what interesting trends in crypto market right now is going mainstream, but it does not mean I am eager to invest.

If you want to take part in the token sale, make sure the project you are participating in does the token sale on a trusted platform. Because it does not rule out the project is a scam suddenly.

Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects?
As long as I found a new legit project that makes me interested with it. It doesn't matter how often I invest in new or young project but the answer is if it must be a legit project.

Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?
As an early investors and I have been taking all of the risks. Loosing money by investing in a new project can be avoided as long as you are picking up the right one.
I want to invest in a promising project called Yearnlab. Their token sale starts on 7th Dec and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.
You must do your own research before try to invest in yearlab but from its name I can say if that was mentioning the name of popular platform like yearn that used by yearn finance.

Never heard of it. It seems like a new project without any hype or popularity.

Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?

This is the reason why you only invest what you can afford to lose because once emotion took over you, you won't be able to think straight and will probably make a bad decision as a result. Don't invest your entire basket in that project, just invest a small percentage that won't affect you even if you lose your money.

I definitely invest in newer projects, and there's a lot I've participated with. Who knows, one of those project might 20x my investment someday.
