Technical Analysis cannot always be relied upon because its just the price prediction and not 100% reliability that the things gonna go up or down. After all the market just depends upon the emotion of the people.

99 percent of the technical analysis didn’t see this dump coming!

Why 99 percent? There always are people who draw lines describing the upcoming bottom, but nobody retweets this Wink Because nobody likes it.
Also there are people who draw every single line of every single movement sayng something like "the price will go up high, or low, or maybe flat, one of 3 is 100%" Cheesy

Technical analysis are good
But you need to be careful too

Get a lot of technical analysis from expert
Make your own personal research, study the wave chart and conclude your own idea with experts idea
I believe it will give a perfect result

Just don’t give in to fud or fomo

Be smart

Maybe not 99% of TA, as there definitely been more than a few analyses pointing to a longer and more sustained down trend. Even the headlines of the past week have been more or less 50/50 on bull and bear predictions from the experts.

It just goes to show that any TA should only be used as guidance, not as hard facts. Still, the markets are fickle and can move very quickly. This is also a weekend reaction, Monday should bring even further reactions.

Monday Asian time: The Japanese might sell hard so they can buy in cheaper!
Alternatively they might buy and create a false sense of security and then sell down the track when all the suckers have bought in.

We must realise if all chart can be predicted
including chart on crypto, if we fail to predict dont blame TA, maybe we're noob to use TA
I still listen TA, bcz I believe trading n TA are unity. cant separate
but dont forget to use FA. FA n TA are important

Haha, thats great! You have proven that technical analysis are shit in just single line. I liked it because I also never trust the technical anwyslis at all. Most of the speculation based on the technical analysis were saying that the prices for the coins will hike 2x the current one and here we go, we got hit by the dump in the market. This sump isn't the normal one as bitcoin fell all the way down from 7.6K USD to shitting 7.2 K USD and thats huge market cap!
I think most of TA's never predicted this dump so yes you are right that they never work their math perfectly.

Now if you go and ask this to the person who predicted pump instead of the dump then you will see that they will start reasoning about this fact and that fact and then they will save their asses.

Yes, I do. Technical analyst or Technical analysis is important actually. You can gain a lot of knowledge from them, may not be 100% but it can give you an idea how to deal and invest in cryptocurrency.
When you started an crypto, you are not just invested directly without doing the research.

An analysis will always stay an analysis no matter what - just a mere prediction but still can help in a decision making. We can all follow and suit ourselves with an analysis, but don't expect too much.

Crypto TA is not worth the bits and bytes it uses!

Crypto TA? I've heard that one. Having a tagline "Trade what you see, not what you think."

One thing is the analysis, and the other is that there is no growth in the capitalization and volumes of trades, no dynamics of the price increase for top coins does not occur in recent times. And the more people analyze the more, the more often they begin to get out of this dump, exacerbating the situation.

technical analysis needs to be done before we trade, but we also can not fully rely on technical analysis, experience is also very necessary, because experience is the best teacher.
