I pay for most (but not all!) of the things I need with card. But even if one of my cards is Wirex crypto card (which lately I don't use much since Bitcoin is at 3000-4000) the payment is with fiat.
The only places where I could pay directly with Bitcoin in my city was at a few online shops.

Maybe you should make it a little clearer what you want to find out with your poll...

We are working on Golden Currency project ( https://goldencurrency.money ), where we issue money that is available both in crypto and in cash form. We find the possibility to use crypto money in cash form as one of advantages. We expect that almost everybody anyway uses cash and in such a case the lack of such opportunity limits the potential use of currency. That's why we started the poll to prove it. Would be glad for your votes and comments regarding your view on such an option.

Live without fiat?
Obviously, for now, it's not possible as mass adoption of cryptocurrency is still in the early stage.
But as time proceeds day by day many will be thinking about accepting cryptocurrency as payment for their business and services by which will be the reason us to live without fiat and start living using cryptocurrency to get our needs.

More the question is - can we live without cash?

In grown countries we can see people using digital payments than hard cash. The same cannot be seen all around the world. In reality people from third world countries prefer hard cash for their needs than digital payments. When we take cryptocurrency into digital payments, we're far from usage. It needs to travel long, at present the usage level of bitcoin around is very low in comparison to fiat.

Well let's take the fact that cryptocurrency is now known around the world and some are accepting it as a mode of payment even though it was a risky decision but most of the time we can't use the cryptocurrency in our daily basis a good example is travelling most of the travelling companies and public utility transportation is not accepting cryptocurrency as well as the grocery stores/general stores. Isn't? but you can make a fast transaction through cryptocurrency just like buying online, avail for some kind of services etc.

So to answer your question... It's a yes, I use cash a lot in daily basis and cryptocurrency for online transactions.

Can you really use only cryptocurrencies or fiat without cash form in everyday life?

For the current state of my country, i cannot use cryptocurrency almost all of the time. We still dont have any technology that can support a fully non fiat payment system although we are a free country that can use cryptocurrency as we want. The least we can do now is to buy load and pay bills using crypto through an app.

it is impossible to only use "cryptocurrencies" because most of them are very unreliable and nobody even has heard of 90% of their names. we only have bitcoin option which is the only reliable one and that only lacks adoption. but to answer your question, it is impossible to live without cash despite all the "digitalization" of money that has happened over the past few years.

I don't use cryptocurrency for the purchases. In my country, it is not legal to do so. But, for everyday use, I mostly use cards and paytm. It helps me to get some nice offers and cashbacks. Recently, government stated that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not considered as legal tender and we can't use it for purchase of goods. But, trading is allowed.

Can you really use only cryptocurrencies or fiat without cash form in everyday life?
This is possible after how many years. Through the adoption of cryptocurrency now it will affect the way of living in the future. My prediction is on 2100 to 2500 years. Time passes by and the use of technology is becoming better that really affects of living or make the life activities effortless.
We are in 2019 mate so until 2100 there are 81 years left. Do you really think it would take that much in order for people to stop using cash? Think about debit cards, the appeared in 1996 and it took about 50 years to gain 2 billion users. Until 2100 everyone on this planet will own a debit/credit cards and cash will most likely disappear because technology will be so advanced and everything will become digital.

This kind of shows what type of payments are still used in many parts of the world. I do kind of use cash, not too much but a bit and I really need it. Someone as anti-bank as me who has either cash or bitcoin needs the banks just for my debit card which is basically cash but in the bank because I need the bank for cashing out my bitcoins to fiat, doing that with cash is hard but doing that with a bank account is quite easy.

So after all, its not a shock that people who like bitcoins also prefer to use cash because its mostly untraceable and it can be used anywhere you go and you do not need to explain where you got it whereas if you have money on bank you need to almost always be traceable and the fact that where your money came from or where you spend being constantly on their radar is scary.

Earlier we don't have much access to digital payments. By that time cash was much preferred everywhere. Now even in small stores digital payments were accepted. This gives access to go with digital payments in most of the needs. Still it doesn't mean cash usage has decreased.

It really depends which country you are living in. Some countries as still using mostly cash, like taxis, public transport etc. Some countries like i Scandinavia are well in digital form of currency already and there most of the people are already living without cash.

I probably use cash only to buy beers at a pub or some groceries and just like having a little bit of cash with me around just in case any banking services fails when I'm in need.

Looks like you don't even know what fiat means, since you are asking if you can use it for everyday life. Basically cash can be qualified as fiat money and you can obviously use it to buy everything you need in your life. We we talk about cryptocurrencies, I don't think you can live only by using it for payments unless you are using a service that offers you a card for payments but this doesn't suit your question anymore since you are still using fiat for payments even though you are paying with your bitcoins.

Cryptocurrency cannot be used as a means of full transaction in the daily life that I live in. I cannot escape completely from using the FIAT currency to use cryptocurrencies.

Actually YES,I used crypto then convert into fiat..because cryptocurrency like bitcoin is not acceptable for all..in short bitcoin is not popular to used.... Unlike cash we used it even a small thing..bitcoin is good but no cash,is a worst thing.Smiley

Indeed, we cannot live without cash in our everyday lives.  We need this fiat for everyday expenses like transportation, foods especially when we are buying at the local wet market.  Eventhough crypto-enthusiast people are trying hard to spread the usage of cryptocurrency,  ordinary people are not yet ready especially merchants to implement cryptopayment since they still have doubts regarding this system and worst, they are actually ignorant about cryptocurrency.

I usually pay with my card simply because it gives some small amount of cashback but I'm always trying to have some good amount of paper fiat (some of my savings are even in different currencies and also in fiat) since my friend got his bank account blocked after selling 300$ worth of BTC.
The account was unfreezed pretty fast but if all your money will get blocked then it definitely will be painful for you. No matter how long would it last.

I dont think the society are ready to live without cash, not all people are aware of technology and want to used crypto or cashless payment, and then the infrastructure of the country's also not adequate yet, in the future I believe we can get rid of cash, but not for now, we still rely on cash because its easier to spend, not all place are ready accepting cashless payment yet

As of now, no country in the world is cryptocurrency dependent or even a person likewise. There is still a lot of daily necessity that is being paid by cash. Like myself, the store from where I live only accept cash as a source of payment method and doesn't accept credit card and other payment methods.
