Don't think this poll will give truly reliable/valid results.

Why would people lie about such a simple question?

I own over 2000 coins ...

NameCoins, that is.
That is still a pretty good sum, especially to people in much of the world. At current rates, this works out to ~5 BTC which is ~$1,600. Not only that but many people acquire NMC by merge mining NMC along with bitcoin on a ~1:1 basis so you potentially could also have 2k BTC (although this would be speculation)

I just want to know if they took the initiative to obtain a wallet before they set up a account on this forum

I owned over 120BTC months before i ever thought of joining this forum.

Still holding most of them through the last 2 bubbles. Spent some on merchandise and donations and lost a few to Gox.

I hope I never have to sell any. Just buy, hold and spend.

I like the way that you are thinking,I feel as if the longer you hold them he greater the reward, and the greater the risk. Think I'm going to hold to see if they reach 10,000 a coin. But basically when I opened this account me personally I had a wallet with some coin in it not much it was mostly 0 because i didnt know what I was doing, was pretty much just buying and selling and losing.

10,000 a coin, wow you are in it for the long game.

Only game there is. Bitcoin isn't a get-rich-quick. And it surely has the potential to break 10k, and even more...

Yep.  personally i'm hoping for a lot higher than that.

I ask this because after viewing multiple threads and discussions I can say many of the users seem a bit naive to say the least and I wonder to myself if they even own bitcoin. I ask myself "Does this person even have a wallet?" So I am just curious to what numbers I can crunch here.

I have bitcoin with wallet of course.
I use blockchain and holding about BTC 6 if I'm not convert it into my local currency

Yes, though I have a fair bulk of it in mining shares on Havelock to pull in a bit more at the moment. Most of the rest are in Peercoins.

Out of curiosity when specifically did you buy that much bitcoin and what got you interested in buying so much? Also when did you buy it?

No ,I will not be rewriting it because I don't care about how much bitcoin someone owns,I just want to know if they took the initiative to obtain a wallet before they set up a account on this forum, why cant you understand that?

Maybe because it was not clearly explained; seems like I'm not alone:  it's not just a concidence if "wallet" option got only one vote until now

Everyone now can easily manage to get sdopme satoshi so, to have a more meaningful answer from this poll,  you better rewrite, imho, poll question asking : "Do you own equal or more than xxx (a significative amount let's say 0.25 or 0.5 or something else) of bitcon?

No ,I will not be rewriting it because I don't care about how much bitcoin someone owns,I just want to know if they took the initiative to obtain a wallet before they set up a account on this forum, why cant you understand that?
