Let me say I like your friend, after all, he is such that has his mind, and I like him for that. Mind you, it is not everybody that will fall for a new casino's promos, incentives, perks and others. Your friend's got a point: settling into familiar turf just feels right.  Why dirty new shoes when your flip-flops have perfected the imprint of your feet? And let's be real, learning new things is a hassle and tax on the brain cells.  But then again, isn't that how we grow? Yes, he is doing perfectly fine and that is what exactly I do as well.
