for airdrop, if you want to get instant money, most of them have to use kyc, but there are also some airdrops that don't, but we have to get a lot of referrals to get a lot of tokens as well, otherwise you might use other peoples' data but that might be considered an illegal way so I don't recommend it, follow the airdrop that doesn't do kyc

Participating in airdrop these days is more like wasting your precious time because it will bring little or no rewards at all.
remember that airdrop was booming during the last bull season,  I think the next bull season is here and airdrop might start booming like before,  due to most of the current situation of the market

I think a project should not offer free tokens through any means like airdrop. It will eventually dump the project itself as its price will definitely decrease upon hitting exchanges. Who would not want to sell off coins got for free? I do participate in airdrop campaign. But I have not got any free tokens under the campaign so far. So I have started leaving it. Rather I love bounty campaigns.
I agree with you, i do not like the projects offer free coins, i think good projects should not offer free coins

Nowadays many ICOs offer free coins, but we have two problems with this free coins, the first one the value of this coins will drop after start trading due to a lot have free coins willing to sell it, and the second they ask for your ID (KYC), and i think it is very risky to send your IDs to any one.

Of the very large quantities offered by AIRDROP, only a few deserve attention.  Most likely, you need not to take everything, but to analyze the future behavior of this project.  If the developers have a finished product, and the token is sold, such an airdrop can be made.  Even with KYC.  This is just my opinion.

The cost does not fall due to the fact that the airdrop was held. Moreover, the distribution is so small (per person) that there is nothing to sell. Who will sell coins for a couple of dollars??

Not all airdrops are good ,you still have to devote your time to investigate the projects before proceeding and only few are worth it and I don't join airdrops asking for KYC it doesn't make sense to me

I think all current airdrops are almost of no value. Since early airdrops projects have no future, only XLM is the largest airdrop in this market. The top altcoin one of the market

In the past airdrops used to be good, but not nowadays
I don't feel safe to put my data on their websites, and you will spend a lot of time to gain some cents and you will only have the chance to change to BTC or fiat when this coin hit the exchanges

participating in airdrops may seem like a waste of time but it is not, even a only valid airdrop is enough to have some satisfactions, maybe avoid doing those that require kyc...

I don't think airdrop is good for us to get free token, especially for airdrop who want us to do kyc. I think our information is more expensive than a few $.

it all depends on you because participating in airdrop is very easy but I don't know if airdrop needs KYC and I suggest that you avoid airdrop asking for ID

For me as long as it doesn't require KYC I will participate in the airdrop, because why not? it's a free money for yah and who knows ? maybe that airdrop you will be joining will be a jackpot.

The main reason for airdrops is to build community--let a project be exposed to a lot of wallet. But now if the project requires KYC to be eligible, it is not worth it. Probably these Airdrops are so little selling it on exchanges is out of the question.

Many are not interested in airdrops due to its requirement (KYC). The monies generated from these airdrops are not much and demanding such vital identity information makes many speculate so many things. You can give those you could cope with their terms and condition a try. After all there is no harm in trying.
it is better that you can avoid that, but if there is airdrop from the blockchain that needs your identity for KYC then maybe you can still be a participant from the airdrop blockchain because it can provide additional capital and of course your identity is safe because it is directly from the blockchain.

Well, as long you get free coins by just only following their social media, why not ?
If they ask for your identity (kyc), maybe you can pass that kind of airdrop because that is not a common airdrop.

I really do not recommend you to join airdrop because it is very dangerous for your account security, especially airdrop, which wants us to send KYC IDs. If you really want to follow airdrop then you can choose airdrop which doesn't really harm your account. You can choose airdrop which does not require sending information about KYC. KYC ID is something that is very personal and will guarantee security so we must be careful in providing the information requested if we want to participate in something.

1) Projects do not distribute a large number of coins, so it cannot greatly affect the price. Also, the project can freeze tokens.
2) Many people use fake documents for passing KYC.

yes it is a free coins if you join airdrop, but you will get small value of tokens at least it's a free money. Just don't join airdrops that needs KYC not all airdrops requires it.
Avoid too much KYC unless it's a established company. Airdrops that requires KYC must be worth the prize than having penny, know the value before even giving your identity.

Once a man, twice a child!
Guys, I will tell you something essential in your life: There Ain't No Such Thing as a Free Lunch!

So when an airdrop seems free, it doesn't. It must have costs associated with it, i.e., your identity in the form of email address, ETH address, phone number, ID card, etc. These data aren't free! Furthermore, you risk your ID sold in the black market.
This is sadly the price we pay for globalization and its interactions. Frankly, it also entangles us with KYC validation for ICOs. It isn't just an airdrop problem alone. For me, I try not to partake in airdrops asking for more than the ETH address and email. Those are the only two I can afford to expose. Any additions, I am out.
