Nah most of the airdrops were not worth it..but if you can find a good one then it was good.
Nowadays airdrop not as simple as registering your wallet and you got your tokens, it's more and more a marketing strategy, you doing a x work you get a certain size, you do a lot of works you got a bigger size. Maybe you want to look an airdrop that offers this kind of works, last time I see DXN on https://cobinhood.com/ ..already listed on that exchange and you can do all the work to get a potential 500 dxn, that's like 30-50$ maybe? It's better to do this kind of airdrop, you will make sure your works will paying off in USDT.

yes it is a free coins if you join airdrop, but you will get small value of tokens at least it's a free money. Just don't join airdrops that needs KYC not all airdrops requires it.
Participating in airdrop is one way that we can get crypto for free by just doing a little work and spending a little time. There is nothing wrong if people want to participate in airdrop. Because a lot of people earn only join in airdrop. That proves that airdrop also has an important role to promote a project.
I think a project should not offer free tokens through any means like airdrop. It will eventually dump the project itself as its price will definitely decrease upon hitting exchanges. Who would not want to sell off coins got for free? I do participate in airdrop campaign. But I have not got any free tokens under the campaign so far. So I have started leaving it. Rather I love bounty campaigns.
Not all airdrops are good ,you still have to devote your time to investigate the projects before proceeding and only few are worth it and I don't join airdrops asking for KYC it doesn't make sense to me

that's worthed reward from airdrop if reach $280 once.mostly airdrop reward only around $10 now , difficult to find reward above of that amount.but as airdrop fan we have to keep joining in several program , who knows one of them could give us much money. 
Airdrops favours hands down, I got good altcoins through airdrops ,I have data tokens, Apollo, meta coin,ABC coin,Caspian token ,etc all from airdrops from presently from 10$ worth to 200$ worth ,now tell me how this doesn't worth my time? Its a free money at least and it pays

I suggest you to follow the bounty rather than airdrop because in my opinion coin-coin airdrop is easy to fall because there are many participants who take part in it.
Neither airdrops nor bounty is worthy to waste the time. I would rather buils up and account here and start to get paid by the bitcoin paid signature campaign. 
It depends if they're giving tokens for free without any hassle, then I would join it but if they would ask for too much information, I will refuse it. There are still good airdrops these days but we have to choose the good ones because most requires Kyc which is not really worth joining.
Even if projects that offer free coins do not require too many special tasks, I still don't have too much excitement to join because the value is usually not too big, it is even just junk and not enough to pay for some costs on exchange. But very few projects do not require anything, almost as you say, they always require KYC verification and then download their application, and I really hate these issues when I always need to provide too much important information while the reward is only $5-$10, taking risks just because of a few dollars, it's really a silly thing
There are different types of people and their opinion differs. For some, airdrop campaign is the best way to earn money without doing much efforts. But for me, participating in airdrop campaign is worthless. There are only a handful projects who are genuine and much serious about making their project a success. And if you get such projects, they will give you rewards through airdrop. Most often others do not give you rewards. Rather they will scam you. Another thing I do not like is why you are required to submit your KYC information just for a small amount of money?

The funny thing is, that 99% of these airdrops doesn't worth much while on the other hand, they might send the coin but will not able to list. Even if they do, the price and allocation sent to each participant will be nothing to write home about.

I do not recommend to follow airdrop, they only give us useless coins, especially if the useless coins must be exchanged for our valuable identities, I don't think that is very worth it.

After ICO, or IEO of the project, you will receive your airdrop tokens. It will not be disappointment even if you do not receive airdrop tokens. Some projects require KYC information, while others do not.
the potential benefits of most are only promotional languages, in fact most of them can always be far below that price, almost all markets apply even 10x nominal trading limits than they get so coins cannot be traded easily, even in forkdelta. From the valuable side, I don't recommend following Airdrop, except for coins that are already popular. 
Nowadays many ICOs offer free coins, but we have two problems with this free coins, the first one the value of this coins will drop after start trading due to a lot have free coins willing to sell it, and the second they ask for your ID (KYC), and i think it is very risky to send your IDs to any one.
If about KYC, i will really aware with it. I think it is not really good for us to give our identity to all project that open airdrop. About that i more aware because give our identity is something that have risk for us. 
Depending on the requirements answers to this question vary. Airdrops are crap and I prefer to waste my time with something else than spreading false information on the crypto social media. Shitcoins are raining but my umbrella doesn't let the tokens to be on my crypto portfolio.

If the airdrop require any kyc procedure then just skip it, why should you risking your identity to unknown developers for a little money, the airdrop coin won't have too big value and sometimes even got zero value, so if you have free time and the airdrop doesn't require kyc then you can claim it but don't expect big value
Since I first joined the crypto currency, I did not take an interest in participating with airdrop. I am not satisfied when I get coins from Airdrop. I am more satisfied to get coins or tokens from the results of my hard work, for example in a bounty campaign. I was also not comfortable when following airdrop and was asked to send an KYC ID because it was very risky. I don't want to send my KYC ID to airdrop which doesn't necessarily make a profit. I better not follow airdrop at all than I feel my security is interrupted. In addition, we must be careful in storing our KYC code because it is very risky to lead to hacking and fraud.
