Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

I think some coins move faster but not all coins is moving faster now, moving downward. HAHA. Bitcoin now is not so volatile and staying to the range $6800-&7,100. That price is good, and some of the altcoins increases but many altcoins going decrease, not a good news to us. But i believe that all coins now will move faster so that all of us will be happy and will make more money.

I still think Bitcoin is the number one coin and no coin can cross it now and in the future. Bitcoin is the best coin and is not affected by altcoin. The future of Bitcoin is likely to become a real currency.

Yes some altcoins move way way faster than bitcoin itself. For anyone to really enjoy bitcoin rally, he or she must have good quantity of bitcoin stored in his/her wallet. But with altcoins you can make good profits within a good time frame. Imagine investing say 0.5BTC in an altcoin and it does 100%, thus you will have 1BTC when the altcoin is sold off.

The other coins are rising rapidly. I think there are several reasons they can be held up by the holders. Or they are listed on coinmarketcap. In addition, traders often expect Bitcoin to rise and buy Altcoins.

There is one coin that I know can seriously damage the entire market once it goes down. This coin is very well known and that is bitcoin. There is no such thing like this coin that can completely control the movement of market price. That is what I observe.

bitcoin and altcoin and you will see that there is no comparison between the two. After all, bitcoin is the best. that Bitcoin has gained the trust of many people. So of course Bitcoin will stay ahead.

Most altcoin are directly proportional to the dimensions of bitcoin and only a few exception and that will mean the rate at which other coins moves seems not to be faster.

The generation creates their own perspective where their profits expand its price. In this case, the coins that trustworthy and popular are the coins that moves faster like altcoin, bitcoin and other top crytpocurrencies.

You can't trust all types of coins because they can deceive you in the current price issue. Bitcoin is unstable and will affect other types of coins.
What you say is true, we cannot trust all types of coins, for me to invest using 1 type of coin is enough, and not too much of you if we want to invest
Of course. Bitcoin is a powerful cryptocurrency with huge potentials which we have definitely see so many time during the SEC,regulators and government FUD but investing or trading in bitcoin along is just like a act of been stagna and it better to join the race or ones will get run over.

Try new things but don't follow the crowd.

Other coins are moving faster. And so fast that I couldn't imagine before. But in our days it is normal and also its nice because there are many investors in that. So the other coins will be more valuable then now but it doesn't mean that they can compete with Bitcoin because right now the bitcoin is the most valuable coin and have trust of thousands members and coins still trying hard for this trust which is going to take some good time.

I think bitcoin and ethereum are always moving faster than other coins. Bitcoin can grow rapidly and what bitcoin needs right now is to break through. No one will beat with Bitcoins in term of profits and security.

It's my pleasure. In fact, the only reasons why coins can now move as fast as they can move is that bitcoin has paved the way for them so that coins can do so well in such a short time.

Yes, theres a big possibility that other cryptocurrency may move fast than other because it really depends on the product and services of a certain crypto.

Among the many coins competing on the market today there are coins that move fast like altcoins, even more than the speed of bitcoin today. slow and stable bitcoin price movements are an advantage for altcoins to develop, but altcoin still follows the price of Bitcoin cannot exceed the capacity of Bitcoin prices.
for me it is better if bitcoin is stable than too fast but its movements are very unstable and uncontrollable because it will impact other coins, what is certain so far how fast other coins move is not enough to catch up with bitcoin because as a big altcoin it still depends on Bitcoin..

I don't think so, if anything, Bitcoin moves faster than the majority of altcoin. Within the last month's many altcoin lost more than 50% of their value while bitcoin has been much better.

yes, altcoins are moved faster than bitcoin but if we say that altcoin will replace the bitcoin so guys this is impossible bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and the mother of all cryptocurreny it is accepted worldwide and it increases the popularity of bitcoin and will increase the market share of bitcoin. bitcoin fluctuation leads two functions as a store of value and investment.

you should change your point of view bitcoin is not slow it is just the biggest community out there. If we want some new features it will be available in just a couple of months but we have to think that do the millions of users really need that before implementing. On the other hand, other altcoins seem very faster but they do not have a lot of developers and they are not even 20% of the market whereas bitcoin is 45%+ of the entire crypto market. So there is nothing which can beat bitcoin at least for now.

I can't say that bitcoin is moving faster than altcoins. The rate of altcoins, as well as bitcoins, is equally lowered, then rises. I would not dare say that altcoins can now earn more than bitcoin. The market is unstable now. The levels of charts is very sluggish dynamic. It is not known where the price will go up or down.

Of course it is easier for new coins to get more valuable because their price is much smaller that BTC's. But I think it is a kind of market's manipulation and a lot of coins' prices are not real

If Bitcoin rises then all the coins under it will surely rise as well. If Bitcoin rises rapidly then it is not necessarily that all other coins will rise fast as well. The fluctuation of Bitcoin's price makes market prices rapidly changing even in minutes. The green zone starts to hit Crypto market then a rapid price increase will happen.
