Yes of course, but not all ICO succeed on their project maybe because of the trust issue with the investors. We still have 4mos before the end of 2018 but as I can see many ICO failed and some succeed so technically if you study the percentage of the success ICO, its very low compare last year. Hope, they can bounce back too next year so many investors will come again in the market and invest again on the ICO.

Because of the unstable price of bitcoin new icos can't survive the continues dip of market price. But only dedicated and active ico developers will survive the current price of crypto market. But if they will keep believing and hoping, dev's ico project will succeed.

ICO has a very bad reputation recently, and some major ICO projects have encountered great difficulties! A lot of ico can't raise funds, because many ico's investment returns are very low, many ico are facing the danger of breaking!
Due to the downturn in the encryption market, ico is not the choice of many investors!

i dont think this is a year for ICOs, last year was a great year when many ICOs success in short time, but look at the chart in this year, we can easily find out the dumping process is getting stronger recently and not much ICOs success, so this is not a good time to invest in ICOs until the market recovers.

The whole market is in the downtrend and Ico's also following that trend. This market dropping from last many weeks and ethereum is also dropping and it is also negative for ICO investment. This year is not good for ICO till now as many projects closed before their birth.

The time doesn't metter, even in the best time for ICOs a large part of them could be not so profitable than it was predicted in its start. Everything here depends on the ICO's community and program.

Yes, this year is not good for ICOS because the price of the Ethereum goes down approximately 75% from its year high and it makes a huge negative effect on the ICOS as they do not arrive the target.

ICO was affected by the bearish market that's why we say it's a bad year for ICO but I'm very optimistic that market will recover , indeed Bitcoin price was reached $6700 , so it seems starting to recover and hoping this will continue up to the end of this year and reaching the $25000 as predicted by some expert.
