It is obviously turning out to be a bad year for ICOS when compared to last year, but it is not as worse as some people make it out to be. Take the telegram ICO for example. This particular ICO set a record by raising the most money for a crypto coin till now which is a huge accomplishment. Many people are suspecting the telegram ICO based on wild assumptions, but I am not one of them and I strongly believe that this particular ICO is legit. Apart from this, a stream of good news continues to help the market which in turn is helping more and more ICOS become successful which is why I do not think that this year is horrible for ICOS.

I think as long as people will see growth in cryto, there will be successful ICOs. Maybe in some countries, it will be harder for them to start one because of all of the regulations but otherwise i dont see them going away since both parties benefit from it.

Of course, this year's ico growth will surely be more than in the last year, it's because more investor its interest in cryptocurrency
Not yet about this years is bad for ICO, many investor have intersted with ico project and many of them want to take part to be team and buy ico coin, we have see many ico was success their ico where have sold out of all their ico coin. This years will be great and best years for ico where many ico was success and just little ico was failed and have scam the investor, hope next years will be better for ico.
Yes ico market is growing nicely, new investors and instituitions are also getting involved, so from now on good quality icos will get funded big and fast while low quality icos will struggle which is good thing For the market.
At ICO there is no bad or good times. There is no parallel or dependent. Here depends on what kind of project will start and how much it wants to develop. So you have to wait for the sea weather, in the hope that will run high-quality and long-lived projects.

No, I still see that the ICO market is still an interesting thing. Indeed, if viewed as a whole then there is a significant decline. but I am always optimistic that there will be developments, the market today is currently in a declining condition. That's all because many people are now concentrating on investing in bitcoins that are in a good trend. We still have to wait and I'm sure there will be many promising ICO projects for us to follow.

In 2018, the ICO is still developing well, and there are many potential ICO campaigns. There are also some multi-level ICOs taking advantage of the cryptocurrencies call-out model to deceive and dispose of money from investors. It is very early to tell yet but as a see it there are too many ICOs that does not get or hit the hard cap that they want. I also encounter ICOs that are scam although there are also ICO that i know which are legit. Too early to tell whether it is bad for ICO or not. I do not think this year will be a bad year for the ICO. Bitcoin and the Crypto market are recovering and pumped a lot lately, I think it's time to start investing in ICO projects at this time.
Now is a very good time to try with ICO, but if you want choose this way to get money first you must read a lot about this.

it seems this year ICO, will grow faster because crypto currency has been widely known by the world community and hopefully more investors and they are more confident and secure in giving their capital on ICO project
Your thread and topic are confusing, anyways my answer would be that ICO’s might not be that productive this year compared to last year. It was like the year of ICO’s last year but this year its different because of those scams that have been corcling around.

No, all of the ICOs are crashing, especially with airdrops. It is just too many of them right now. People are trying to invest and when they are analyzing and figuring out that there are just too much of them, person decides to invest only to the well-known project.
I guess no, good ICO projects will be more oriented on private investors and pools while weak ICOs will die and no one care what governments "regulate"
Its difficult to say when is the good or bad time of ICOS. But we must always be optimistic for the growth and recovery of the price and continue to work and wait for the good and perfect timing to come. Today is the best time to buy and sell it when the price is high. Its to early to say if its a good or bad year but still hoping for the best to come because I always believe that it will.

Yes,I think because now a days lot of governments are creating new regulations for cryotocurrency so it may affect the investors amount in the ICO investments.But if it is a good project then it will get succeed so if someone creates a best project then they no need to worry about lots of other ICOs.
