Yes, i think the younger generation is more easy to accept the relatively new technologies such as cryptography and blockchain, and the elderly may be because they don't understand blockchain and bitcoin, so most of the time, they may think this is a ponzi scheme.
Yes the younger generation is more open to technology, i am not sure about the younger lawmakers to translate the language of cryptocurrencies, but if you mean with it is the language of programming on cryptocurrencies, the younger must understand about the programming language on the computers to be developers of software on blockchain platform .
For young lawmakers or oones who have not become set in their ways, thoughts and beliefs, to translate the language they need not have the technical knowhow, but an openness towards change, a futuristic vision and acceptance towards innovation.

It depend on their family income either they afford it or not if yes than may be younger generation are more open to technology. But if we see the real face of the world, you can see that older generation also have full access to technology.

Well, actually the current generation really more designed for the crypt, I here for example is 29 years old and I was hard, and the guys who are now 20 no they quietly sort out it, they radicalise already serious in the age of technology.

Yes. Kids nowadays are exposed to computers and the internet at a very early age. The classroom of today is very different from two decades ago. One has to enroll in a specialised EDP/MIS/IT course to learn about computers. Not like now where there’s online tutorials that you can watch even on a phone.
