I think that's more on investment now due to lack of either physical or better alternatives for online stores that accept bitcoin. But here in our country we are already using bitcoin as currency sometimes, when paying bills and mobile load recharge, so it is really usefull for us.
We certainly just need more patience to make the things happen, such as having more online shops and more merchants that accepts BTCs as payment method, that would be available locally and even internationally, since the shipping prices would be lower, because of the low fees.
Exactly. If ever you should have a reason why you want to build an online shop, that's it: low transaction fees.
And once you host your shop on the internet, it is automatically internationally accessible.

These days I use bitcoin as a mode of payment for buying goods online as I am renovating my home. I'm not really using it for investments and only using it as a currency but I can't spend it directly so I had to convert them to cash to spend them. However I got nothing to spend it on right now so I'm just holding it in temporarily but if I ever I get interested in anything, I may cash it out anytime.

The major issue at a moment to buy things online is higher shipping cost and that is the reason people hesitate in buying things online using bitcoins.

rarely conduct transactions with bitcoins and mostly holding it as an investment and trading few crypto's here and there, I started using it more with Paxful and getting a relatively good value giftcards for BTC, I think I would be using it even more if there are more options to use it "like with paxful etc..."
Before I used to use it as an investment, mainly in trading, but recently I mostly use it as a currency bor buying goods. And that is much more easier since I have Bitcoin debit card.

Here in my country it needs to convert your bitcoin in giftcard or points that you can use in mall but i hope we can use bitcoin in the future locally.
It will take long time for bitcoins to get used locally as it has not reached everywhere yet and there are many people who are still not familiar to bitcoins and even merchants are not aware that they can accept payments in bitcoins.

Yes in countries like the US certainly bitcoin widespread making them easier to use. But in my country is very difficult to find a place to use bitcoin as a payment. I only use bitcoin as an investment as a very important advantage in my opinion.
In my opinion, few invests or trades bitcoin as a currency. Most likely earn bitcoin users and change it to a normal real currency to have to use it for other purposes.
so are you using bitcoin as a currency to start trading , because i use bitcoin as a currency to make some investment of my money i chance my money to bitcoin currency because i am sure that i am a jobless man and in bitcoin im depending hoping that i can grow my money with bitcoin and in signature campaign i earn .Signature earning is a good source of additional income but its not too high, so we need to find other ways to earn bitcoins and I think trading can take best care of us to grow our coins.

Thats will gonna be amazing if we can use bitcoin in any supermarket or mini market not only in online shop. We only need to bring money in our smartphone that more practicaly. For now I only use my bitcoin for trade to earn more bitcoin. I hope in the future, most of people use bitcoin so bitcoin will accepted any where.

I make use of Bitcoin as a investment because then I am able to make money with it, when you use it as an currency then you are just going to spend.
Where I am from no stores accept so it would not make much sense to use it as a currency.

Even I can't spend it directly but I always prefer to convert it to fiat currency for spendings, but most of the coins I am holding for future as its also an investment for me.
I do have a few places that accept Bitcoin but I'm more of a fiat guy for spending such everyday things. if I spend with Bitcoin it will be for another investment like gold/silver. Only on rare occasions have I used it as a currency. OP Bitcoin to me I use as investment.
