No Prisons, No Censorship... Do you mean an automatic eliminated system? This is good idea, cool and awesome.

It is lovely to imagine that I am living in a state that has 'right' set of rules, with best people and with a great framework of living. But if I were to choose to live in that kind of state, I will choose to experuence that but not for a long time. I think that idea of living shows inequality and unfairness. We tend to discriminate people since we are only including 'best people' not knowing that we cpuld bring out the best in all people. If we choose to live within our comfort, we do not live at all. Because I think and I believe that the purpose of living is living way beyond your comfort zone. Nad our purpose wouldn't be fulfilled if we would chose the ones that are obviously wanted to be chosen. I wanted to create that ideal state but I guess the creation starts from deciding the right creation that is for the common good.

Creating your own state sounds like wonderful idea

but question is who pays for it
System needs to work , citizen services, protect the citizens and several other services a state needs to provide

and then it all becomes similar to existing state system.

it must be paid by taxes and then it brings all same older pain points.

So the better idea can be how to improve the current state of the "State"/"Country" we live in.

It is getting increasingly difficult to live in my country (India). Here only around 1% of the population pays income tax and these people are subsidizing the remaining 99%. The farmers don't have to pay any tax, and I see them showing off their wealth in the form of expensive jewelry and sports cars. I want to live in some country where the tax load is more uniform.

Liberland is doing just that. A guy has found land near Serbia or somewhere there that is unclaimed for one reason or another. He is extremely pro crypto as well!

The big question is how viable is his idea of an independent state. The territory is disputed between Serbia and Croatia. Currently both the nations don't want to control this piece of land, but that doesn't mean that in future they may let it go.

If I become a billionaire from my Bitcoin holdings, then I would seriously consider setting up my own country in the form of a floating island somewhere in the Pacific or the Indian Ocean. But the question is whether the world powers will allow that.

The idea here is as follows: to gather the best representatives of the human race (we are Smiley ) within the framework of a single project-state. Set RIGHT laws (no prisons, no censorship, etc.) - would you like to live (at least sometimes) in such country?

I think i will not in a country that you are telling. If there is no leader, prison and everything is legal there will be chaos in your place. Noone can stabilize if there is chaos.

in my opinion, I prefer a state that has rules to its people, because a country without rules will make the country weak and trivial in the presence of its people, with a country that lives by the rules that attract its people, it will make its people become disciplined and obedient to the rules so will make the country become stronger and more respectable by its people, therefore I prefer a state that has rules from a country that lives with no rules and absolute freedom

This is a great idea. There are no banks, no cash, people can use bitcoin to trade. Employment is mainly business bitcoin. And I will name that state as "bitcoin"

Absolutely, I would die for creating a country at my sweet will but I do not think that a country which does not have a prison or any laws would not be better place to live in . It should have laws and regulations .

Theres not much point in having your own country unless other countries acknowledge your existence. International recognition is what gives a country legitimacy in the international community and what ultimately distinguishes the New Zealands of the world from the Nagorno-Karabakhs. Naturally, though, the established countries are going to take some convincing. Recognition is quite complicated because it combines international law and international politics, Talmon says. Some people say that recognition is a purely political act. It is at the discretion of existing states whether they recognize, so there is no right to recognition.

Congratulations on joining the ranks of Transnistria, Somaliland, and a host of other countries that wont be marching at the Olympics anytime soon. Just because youve met the qualifications and declared yourself independent doesnt mean that youre going to be taken seriously. Even the Principality of Sealandlocated on a 10,000-square-foot platform in the North Seahas tried with mixed success to claim sovereignty under these qualifications.
