Bitcoin is legal in most countries, but it is legal as a "commodity" and not legal tender. The reason for this is simple, because the governments of the world are protecting their monopoly on printing fiat currencies. They do not want any "private" currency to replace the fiat currency that they control.

We need to understand that the world economy is artificially kept alive, through the manipulation of local currencies ... the Reserve Banks determine the supply of currencies and they manipulate the value of those currencies.  Roll Eyes  Why will they allow a competitor that are not controlled by them?
Yes, these arguments are correct. States are unwilling to recognize cryptocurrency as legal tender. Therefore, in most cases, it is recognized as a commodity. However, any legalization of cryptocurrency is still better than being in the gray zone. Legalization means determining the legal status and establishing the rules for the circulation of cryptocurrency in society. Creation of infrastructure for such walking is possible only after its legalization.

Of course I want my country to authorize Bitcoin. That way I thought of course there were many developed countries that ratified it, so that for developing countries, it would only follow, to facilitate bilateral relations with the developed country. On the other hand, I can buy with Bitcoin without bringing a lot of cash everywhere

The illegality of bitcoin in the world is higher than the legalities. But half of the countries across the world have legalize the adoption of bitcoin, except is some countries that don't want to accept the conditions of bitcoin, i can see that many countries have legalize the uses of bitcoin but let us not generalized it versatile

Actually don't because bitcoin is only works legally on country that the most of people are already known with technology and the internet at least.
If a country is still dominated with people who don't understand tech, maybe there will be a lot of scam cases will happen due to lack of knowledge of the technology and how the system is works.
There are many scammers that offers a quick profits to the people who know nothings and they will got scammed easily.

Currently Bitcoin is not legal in my country due to many factors. I want Bitcoin to be legal in my country because it can boost the economy from small, medium to high.
Bitcoin is like two sides of a coin, it can be positive or negative depending on who is using it. I'm sure if Bitcoin is legalized in my country it will definitely make the country better.

Bitcoin is legal to some of the countries but it is not legal here in our country. Bitcoin legalization in my own opinion is very important, if the states limits or even totally ban bitcoin it will already difficult to receive cash from bitcoin transactions. But, people have different perspective about this, maybe some of them might say bitcoin help or make positive argument, and the other will say bitcoin have big problem. If it will be legalized, it might be possibly better in the future.

What do you think, if bitcoin is legalized in your country, the country will be improved or will be damaged?
Bitcoin must work for the good of a country. which country will think more about bitcoin that country will be ahead in the world economy.

I don't think Bitcoin alone will make a country ahead in the world economy, of course there are factors that must be considered, El Salvador is a good example, they think more about Bitcoin more than any other country, comitted to Bitcoin and making it as their legal tender, yet they are still behind economy-wise, legalizing Bitcoin and thinking more doesn't actually make a country ahead, but I agree that Bitcoin can help one's economy improve, regardless if it's a first-class or third-class country.

There is no rule for crypto currency yet in our country but some people try to make Bitcoin legal in the country. So they are working very hard for it,  may be  in the next up coming time its will be legalized in our country.
Even the hard work of some people cannot play a pivotal role in the face of the nation, most needed are those in the supreme department of policy, this is just a small group of people but in their hands is great power and changes the face of the entire nation but most of these people are fairly principled and in higher positions, they seem to think more about the risks, undeniably some countries have ingredients that can persuade change. However, in a small country there is little opposition and they are usually quite unified but for large countries the freedom is too high and cannot be imposed without consensus, without such a pioneer from the big country, the small country will not dare to move

My country is a third world country and does not legalize or prohibit Bitcoin, so we can still transact Bitcoin but it is not recognized by the state as a legal investment, this makes me want Bitcoin to be legal. I think legal Bitcoin is very important because trust in the public is the main thing to gain the market. Countries that legalize Bitcoin will certainly benefit, its people will get jobs with the Bitcoin business so that it will improve the economy of its people.

of course, people will make profit from this platform, and government will follow what people do, making new rule that make government itself grow, in financial. the problem, how to control and hold if this thing can make that economic country shaky.

Sure, legalising BTC in my country is a good idea and would go a long way in boosting business and transaction activities as well as making a plus in BTC adoption and price.
However, as we all know, there's no rose without a thorn. Wouldn't legalization of BTC increase the rate of fraud in the country?

Here in India, we are having some positive vibes coming our side as our government has shown interest in regulating cryptocurrencies, which means legalization is on its way too. If you're asking about Bitcoin being used as a legal tender, I guess that won't happen that easy here because the stance of government and various groups that manipulate the government through their "support" system as well as RBI is not so good about cryptocurrencies and it'll take time for them to first regulate and see how it goes here.

bitcoin is allowed in my country and I hope more countries will legalize it. bitcoin is a digital currency that is growing rapidly nowadays and many countries are legalizing it, of course it has positive and negative sides in a country but I think if the country can use crypto well it will be a positive thing. a country certainly wants to experience development like other countries in accepting a new technology such as blockchain technology.

In here, the government banned Cryptocurrency in general for payment gateway and as a currency. But the good thing is we can free to invest to other coins as for investment purpose is still allowed in here but still the government will still update the regulation about this purpose for better solution later. You are free to convert it to fiat and use it anywhere but pay something with cryptocurrency is prohibited.

I'm not sure everyone will be happy about this, because legalization means that cryptocurrency will also have to be taxed. However, I personally would not mind it, cause that might open a lot of new opportunities.
The majority will be happy as they do not have any problem paying the taxes they are due especially if the taxes are reasonable and the regulation is not excessive as it is the case in some countries, however you are correct when you say there is going to be a subset of the community that will be upset by this or will not cooperate at all with this, this reminds me when I saw a report about prostitution and whether the ones that engaged in such profession wanted the activity to be regulated and to the surprise of many the majority opposed precisely because they did not liked the idea of paying taxes.
