Bitcoin should be legal in all countries of the world. It is a completely decentralized digital currency that any authority cannot influence, and for this reason, it will be real protection from the pressure of governments and will help to fight corruption.

LOL... who doesn't want to see Bitcoin legalized in their country? Definitely not those who are using Bitcoin right now. Those who want that to happen may be having their own reasons. Here in India, one of the most renowned stock investors (Rakesh Jhunjhunwala) recently requested the government to ban Bitcoin. When the media asked him why he wants Bitcoin banned, he just replied - "I don't like Bitcoin. It creates money out of thin air. So many young guys are getting rich without any effort". So this is the mentality of some of the Bitcoin haters.

It's true that only Bitcoin haters reject Bitcoin and don't want it to be legal. Because people who support Bitcoin and already understand about
Bitcoin, would really want Bitcoin to be legal in their country. Even though in my country Bitcoin is only legal as a digital asset and cannot be
used for payments, I am very grateful. Since there are still people living in countries that ban Bitcoin, it will be more difficult to own Bitcoin
and have to use Bitcoin secretly. I still hope that actually all countries in the world legalize Bitcoin, but if it becomes a reality it will take a long time.

The bitcoin has been working for 12 years and giving it legal or illegal meaning is somewhat ambiguous for two individuals who literally only want to do P2P, so it does not seem relevant to determine this in the practical reality of that objective.

But, the issue here is what do you do after that result or better say "confirm" your bitcoin in the wallet. I believe and I don't know why but we are getting lost in that legal ambiguity and the ignorant part of the equation "governments" or politicians are hiding in that vacuum for their benefit.

Bitcoin should not be illegal in its clean and pure use of a P2P in any country and fortunately it is so for a large majority, but there the matter the fact that bitcoin is "legal" does not exempt it from breaking the rules in its use. So the issue here with legality does not lie in bitcoin but in the individuals who use it and hopefully governments understand that and make laws based on the prohibition of those who use it and not on the technology behind bitcoin.

Of course I want them to legalize bitcoin in my country so that it is possible for private people or banks or companies to install bitcoin ATM throughout my country, so that it is possible for companies in my country to pay wages in bitcoin, so that it is possible for the banks in my country do not create headaches for exchanges that want to operate in my country, so that it is possible for exchanges that want to operate in my country to obtain license and have good treatment. Bitcoin law would create good conditions for everyone who deals with bitcoin in my country

So far legalization of bitcoin here in my country is not my huge concern because I'd can be able to get involve in cryptocurrency even without the proper adoption in bitcoin as a legal tender but I do love to see bitcoin become a legal tender here in my country because I know that if it would going to happen smooth transactions directly using bitcoin or any altcoins will possible. I think the most exciting part of bitcoin being a legal tender in many countries is the positive effect that bitcoin may get from this achievements though for sure this would take time before it would going to happen.

We all want to see bitcoin becoming legal in our country. I don't think there could be anyone who do not want bitcoin to get regulated and accepted legally. Once this is done everywhere, people will freely use bitcoin for daily transactions.

I would like to know the list of countries whom have already declared bitcoin legal. Anyone has the complied list or any site where i can get this data ?

Of course I wanted to but upon seeing Bitcoin these days, it became rampant that most stores had became more transparent towards cashless payment. Hopefully in the next few years cryptocurrency will become a norm of every individuals that would like to use and adopt digital currency in their respective lives. Legality was been pushed by many independent traders, one thing to make it possible is by regulations implemented by authorities.
They are open for a cashless mode of payment but not for Bitcoin, too sad...
I can visualize that even many establishments are accepting cashless payment but because Bitcoin is not yet a legal tender and legally supported by the government there is no way it is going to push through. It is likely we need some more time to develop and make it happen but can be a conflict of interest between the government and of being a decentralized market.
Even if it is made legal tender it'll serve as a conflict between the common man and the usage. Because, the cashless payment providers were providing the service free of charge. Some have got charges, which too is very limited compared to the transaction fee on Bitcoin. So, even on legalizing its importance as an investment gets pushed than a legal tender is the truth.

Well it will not give any conflict if government will not give any force implementation on using bitcoins only as currency, but if they are making it only an option then there's nothing wrong with it as their citizens can still choose if they want to use either bitcoin or fiat. But what good thing is bitcoin will be recognize and this could add strength for bitcoin to last more longer so for sure many would love to see this adoption exist on their countries.

Bitcoin is worth being legal everywhere. But, different government and different authorities have different opinion and that is why in some countries, Bitcoin is banned but also legal in some other country. It's not like the whole world will use it anyway; there are people who wouldn't want to use it, and there are people who enjoy the way things are (maybe because they are earning from the government).

It is true that it is said that bitcoin is legal and illegal in some countries depending on the policies of the country. many countries have legalized bitcoin but some are still illegal, we don't know the exact cause but maybe they are afraid that bitcoin will dominate more than the country's currency, we know that bitcoin developments are increasingly advanced and are increasingly coveted by many people. Of course there are many people like me who expect bitcoin to be legal in all countries so that bitcoin can be more touched and developed, but it will be difficult to see not all countries can accept the policy of bitcoin.

For my opinion for this,i want to answer neutralized,if one country not accepted we say it illegal, but a lot people using and invest hiding thay they can easily to earn and shared to other people because still a lot of people searching where they can invest ,and where ,they can earned and learned.
If they will accept Bitcoin,in our country i think, people will be decided to join to invest, transaction will be fast to additional income, while others need to study what is easy way to protect and be safe when they can apply.
If the country stated that crypto is illegal, of course, it will be illegal. And all activities about cryptocurrency will be very limited and difficult. We may still be related to cryptocurrency by using a global exchange or P2P exchange. However, we can get some risks on it moreover if the country is very strict to the regulation of crypto.
IIn my country itself, crypto is legal as an asset of commodity and illegal as a currency. As long as we don't use crypto as a currency, it does not matter.

Who doesn't want their country's bitcoin to be legalized. We all want Bitcoin to be legalized in our country. We still trade these bitcoins very secretly.Sometimes it is heard in the newspapers that there have been big lawsuits against those who trade with this bitcoin. That is why we have always hoped for the legitimacy of bitcoin in our country to survive such harassment.

Bitcoin should be legal and people should be free to make use of whatever they want to use. The same way that you can make use of Fiat, you should also be able to make use of Bitcoin and not have any problem with that.

Right now in my country, Bitcoin is not legal, though it used to be legal in the past but last time goes on the government decided that they were going to make it illegal and stop people from making use of it. They tried of course, but stopping people from making use of Bitcoin was impossible for them. They were able to stop all the centralized exchanges that were in the country and they all stopped functioning, that affected a lot of people because most of the users of Bitcoin were relying on centralized exchanges.

But, when that happened people couldn’t leave Bitcoin that they were doing, so they had to look for alternatives which was making use of peer to peer or decentralized exchanges.

Bitcoin is legal in Venezuela. I could say that our country is friendly with cryptocurrencies.
On January 31, 2019, a law was enacted to regulate the operation of cryptocurrencies in the country.

https://twitter.com/JoselitRamirez/status/1091083204700852226?t=5STt6y8bMjXdNfTPkJziKQ&s=19

The problem that exists that we are not successful with its use is that the Venezuelan population has not been educated for this purpose.
Some sectors of society know how to use it but even those sectors are too few for us to see the results.
We were not educated as the president of El Salvador did with his people.

A solution could be to take that resource that is in our laws and inform Venezuelans that they can get out of the economic crisis with the use of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

For now giving legality to bitcoin is the right choice, because bitcoin is a very profitable future asset for a country, if we already know the use of crypto of course we really hope our country has legalized bitcoin, because with the legality of the country then we are safer in making investments, and countries that have legalized bitcoin at this time there are no complaints and I am sure they will definitely benefit to add to the country's assets.
But it is not easy for the government to giving legality to bitcoin because they can not control bitcoin. Maybe they need more time to learn about what benefits bitcoin has to their country and maybe they need to read about what their people want from bitcoin. I think it needs more discussion to all government officials to know that bitcoin can give benefits to their country. Having legality in a country really means for bitcoin, especially for the people because they will feel safe using bitcoin.
They wont really be making out decisions that easily because there would be lots of considerations before they could really adopt on something which is totally decentralized or cant be handled out.

It is great to see whenever a country does make Bitcoin to be legal just like on what El salvador had been done and hopefully we would be seeing more places like this in the future.

So far here on my country it isnt still regulated but there are businesses and platforms which are regulated to deal off with crypto.
