Have you wrapped up every session you mean you allocate specific hours on your session and to hit the hour where you should log off you made a wrap-up of your session even though you still have a huge bankroll like you spend 30 minutes wrapping up your bets.
I usually spend 20 minutes going down to my excitement level so when I log out I feel more relaxed

How about you do you wrap up your sessions and how many minutes or hours and do you think it's ok to do a wrap-up?

I also don't have a predefined time to play (start or end).
Once I even controlled myself because I spent many hours on these types of sites, but now I analyze the football championships, the matches that will be played that week and choose in advance which ones I'm going to bet on... I go to the site to place my bet and I leave right away.
I occasionally spend some money on random (non-sports) games just for fun, but always with a very limited bankroll that usually runs out in a short time... my goal is never to make a profit.

Talking about pausing, I like a feature similar to the one on betfair, which blocks the player from games for a pre-defined period, I believe that all sites should have a similar feature.

If it was before now then I would definitely say I don't know  if I really practice such things as I really don't keep to specific gambling session and was at the believe that every time might be the exact moment to hit the jackpot or lucky win which obviously is an addicted gambler mentality because this can lead you playing your gambling for long period of time and at the end you might probably end up with nothing and still feel stressed out too so for now setting a particular time range is probably best so as to enable you keep your actions in check.

No idea if that's the same of what I do like having my own time freely, I log off any time I want and I log in any time that I want to.
this is exactly what most gamblers do... I would even go as far as saying that the ones that Will always claim to induce Thier strategies and discipline atimes don't even remember these rules when they're out there.

I think it's part of discipline of every gambler's end too; cus how would you wager all day and call it fun? It's definitely gonna make you develop mental stress and that's you getting fucked up at the end ... Even gamers would sometimes rest from excessive excitement/pleasure.

If I have time, I have time and I'll use that. But if I am quite busy then that's it and I won't be gambling even if I want to. There's so much to do with our time and if you have won already, don't you want to enjoy the money because that's what everyone is going to have as a result of gambling? If not, you just want to have some extra fun and even if you lose, there's no regret with that.

Is whether you wrap up your gambling sessions or not. As long as you are enjoying every minute of your stay and every amount of money that you win there, that's what you need to put at utmost priority. If you lose, you can ignore that as long as you can convince yourself that you have enjoyed and the time that you have allotted is okay because you don't have any other things to do. This is why it's so good to have control in everything we do and even with our time.
It's true that this is all related to time, maybe if we have more free time we will complete the gambling session at any time but you still have to apply the time limit that you set so that it doesn't exceed the limit, for those who are busy and have work they may not be able to complete the gambling session even though they haven't achieve victory, therefore most gamblers definitely play in their free time so they can enjoy a sufficient gaming session and not stop in the middle of the road because the most important thing is that we have prepared money that is allocated specifically for gambling so that when it is finished then the game is finished and we can continue on upcoming free time.
In fairness with all of these limits that we make, there are times that they're not even followed at all and that's because we've got a lot of things to do and that's how we make things when we gamble, we do that when we're just free or when we dedicate time for it. That's why whether you finish your gambling session or not, it's important that you are doing it based on the schedule that you have so that you won't intervene with your other things to do.

It's up to them as long as they are able to gamble and enjoy every game session then it is not a problem because the key is within themselves as long as they use gambling with a sense of responsibility and can control their time well then they will still accept whatever the results are when they have it. finished his gambling session.
I agree, as long as they can control the time that they allot on it. Then, there should be no problem at all because when you are spending that much with gambling not just money but also time, you already have the idea on what are you going through and if it's gets worse. There's some actions for you needed to get done and that's why it is what it is.

Im not that well organized, play whenever and walk away probably immediately as I have other things to do in the day but obviously you put it off till the last moment.  Hence I will gamble up until the very last minute most likely.
I think gambling on a phone introduces a new aspect as you can be gambling on the bus to somewhere else hence you never really stop gambling throughout a day probably.   That could be good for filling empty sections of time like travelling on bus or train or you could say it could be dangerous for encouraging too much gambling and not sealing gambling time off from the rest of your normal day.   I dont like mobiles too much so maybe its not so tempting for me, in future if they become less fiddly to use maybe I will change my mind on that.
Using a cell phone is quite flexible in playing online gambling anywhere and anytime as long as you have an internet network you can access it easily.
But for me personally using a cell phone and playing gambling wherever I want is not very fun and again in my environment gambling is considered a bad thing so I don't do it in my free time outside my computer room.

I get more pleasure in gambling when I'm in my own room, with a computer and no noise, it's much quieter so my gambling sessions run for a set time. Losing and winning is normal but gambling sessions are something that must be adhered to so as not to get out of the rules that are made by yourself in gambling, it is very difficult if it is not organized if it is for me.
This is something that I do as well, while gambling on my smartphone is more practical as it is a device that I have on me all the time, I prefer not to do so, there are several reasons for this but the most important is that I simply do not feel comfortable doing so.

And this is because it is way easier to make a mistake due to the smaller interface, so I prefer to gamble on my desktop computer in which I can use a mouse which allows for better precision, while at the same time regardless of how cluttered the user interface of a casino could be, a big enough monitor allows myself to see everything with clarity.

I like been in control of myself when gambling, I am now very used to walking away whenever I feel like, I don't gamble always but when I do I am doing it to kill time, we all want to make money but I don't want to make mine with gambling, because I don't want to get destroyed.

There are too many people that turn into something they are not because of gambling exposure, it's a hazardous thing for those who have no idea what awaits them, you need to be in total control of your mind to gamble without building up a bad habit inside of you.

Many gamblers walk into casinos with the mind of coming out with big money, this is a wrong think to use the mind for, where you don't plant money to grow you should not expect to money from such places, gambling is the game on your mindset, be careful not to get enchanted.
We must acknowledge that not everyone is self-disciplined. Gambling can lead to addiction for many. The appeal of "huge money" sometimes blinds people to the fact that casinos are for-profit businesses. They need more losses than wins.

Gambling to kill time, not to make money, is healthier, but be careful. Remember, casinos are engineered to keep you playing longer, from illumination to the lack of timers. They target psychological vulnerabilities, making it hard to keep control.

Controlling your activities requires understanding the environment and its effects on your mind. Gambling should be occasional enjoyment, not a habit. Be cautious and analyze your intentions and behaviors.

I limit my gambling to one hour a day and 3 days a week, of course, those are the sessions I design in my gambling activities. I have to adhere to that to be myself from the thing that can make me compulsive in gambling, once I try more than the time that has been set it makes me worse and gambling, and pleasure ends in annoyance.

Kada also if the amount of money I set in one gamble and runs out not yet the time that has been determined then I stop at that time, and if I win continuously then I still limit the gambling session as I have determined. and from there I more often divide my time by chatting watching movies or seeing the latest news about the development of the crypto currency world, because if I am silent then what is on my mind is to continue gambling that has not been completed.  Grin

The self time for the each game will be the better for the gap between each game by the gamblers. If you keep on playing the game in gambling site, the possibilities to loss in the gambling site. The win after the loss is the mathematical equivalent of the game,So the gambler must take the gap for the next game after the win. This help the gambler to skip the loss opportunity in the gambling site, the gamblers only get the winning chance in the gambling site. The gambler also go to the vacation for few days to keep the gap in the gambling site, then the gambler start the gambling to get the next winning chance in the gambling site.

The method of having a break is actually  quite good but not everyone can do it and it also depends on what game is being played.  Just like I won't finish until all bets are actually fulfilled in some places. Then if there is  a certain moment that supports my game enough to be profitable every time I bet I can't stop and still want to maximize  the opportunity rather than having to go out for a moment. There were even times when I bet on spending everything for hours irregularly and not caring about the time.
Case to case basis on which not all would really be doing on the same act because there are really indeed instances or moments on which you would really be that making yourself
do engage on longer game time or engagement or you would really be that stopping completely. It would be normal that people would really be continuing to play because
they would really be having those impressions that they might be able to get more winnings if they would be deciding on playing even more. This is why
there are really moments or indeed times that you would really be that impulsive in regarding into your decisions which would be basing up on the situation that you are facing.

~snip~
Before when I still used to gamble frequently, I stop when I felt that I had too much. Some people stop depending on the amount of profit/loss they have experienced but in my case, my determining factor is when I feel drained on every session. Perhaps profit is still the main factor that drives me to stop but I just usually call it a day and accept the consequences.

In the case of my brother, regardless of the result on whether he won or not, he would always treat us something either he gives us money or he cooks food. He believes that in every game of gambling, there is something that he must do proactively just to keep his mind busy.
It's good if you can stop gambling when you feel like you've gambled too much because usually, what happens is that a gambler will have difficulty controlling, especially if they've lost too much. They want to recover their losses and think that if they continue gambling, they can have a chance to win in the next round. So they continue their gambling game and hope to win even though it is still difficult for them.

Each gambler must be able to determine when they should stop gambling to avoid losing a lot. But many gamblers still cannot feel that they have lost a lot of money and want to recover their losses. It would not be advisable to continue doing so as it would only cause them to lose more money.

I don't want this to happen to me, especially if I dare to borrow money just to gamble, because that's not the solution. with the limits imposed on gambling, it can reduce the risk of losses that will occur, so you should limit gambling activities properly, one of which is like what you did, not forcing yourself to continue gambling, which is good.
And don't even think of doing that as that will certainly give you more problem in the future.

Money borrowed because of gambling will just go to the bank of the gambling site. Why? because when you borrowed money, that could easily mean you are going out of control already. Being responsible means you'll risk what you can afford only, so why borrow? You borrow because you run dry of funds, and you cannot take that L and you wanted to recover it to end up in W. Things like that normally ends up worse than expected.
He did think of it already, in a way to see the consequences, so he will still end up not doing it. Sometimes it's better to think in advance as it helps us to think twice and have a doubt on doing a risky activity like over-betting in gambling, and borrowing money. Borrowed money will go in the bank of a gambling site, if we are unlucky to lose it. Though even if we win, I think you are right that it can still cause us to try again, up to the point that we will lose all what we have.

There are those who borrow, not because they previously lose, but they borrow because their salary is still far and their hands are already itchy to play gambling. But, I guess this is still covered under self-control.

Indeed, gambling should be done properly, don't do gambling excessively because it can destroy our lives in the future, especially if you take out a loan just to gamble, it's not a good action but an action that can bring problems in the future, it's still good that the borrowed money is used for gambling and can get a win, well if you are unlucky and only get a loss it will be an additional burden of thought for themselves, because they have to pay off their debts and they also have to fulfill their desire to gamble, whether they have to stop gambling or still continue.

That's right, there are also people like that, gambling even though they don't have enough income, but they take out a loan to gamble with their hands itching to gamble, even though they are still covered by self-control this can make them become addicted to gambling.

I usually spend 20 minutes going down to my excitement level so when I log out I feel more relaxed

How about you do you wrap up your sessions and how many minutes or hours and do you think it's ok to do a wrap-up?
In order to maintain a healthy gambling habit and continually stay responsible gambling, I make sure to allocate a certain number of time to gambling, I'm really conscious and intentional about how much time I spend gambling because personally it has a proportional effect to my profitability and my productivity especially with my rationale to select good picks.

Immediately the time I did allocated to my gambling session I don't hesitate to leave and exit because beyond that time I may no longer be relaxed and my picks my be done in a rush from an unclear and indecisive perspective, so to keep me in the best mindset to be able to maximize my gambling skills, I Keep to my timing per session and aswell do make sure to wrap up when it's necessary I do and I don't further add extra time or hesitate to wrap up when it's due.
It just about managing self-limitations, those who can have set limits and really manage them will always have better time and finances.
It just that not all gamblers can apply it because there are gamblers who gamble with target, for example they target to win certain amount of dollars so before they get it they don't stop.
From here, when they lose, they will try to recover rather than stop because they still have target of getting number of wins.
What I say is based on reality and many gamblers do things like that, especially those gamblers out there who still don't really understand how gambling actually works.

What you are doing is responsible behavior in gambling because you can control yourself at any time and of course by adopting such an attitude it will further reduce the number of losses that could occur.

There is one way or tip if there are gamblers who want to have an attitude like you, namely by being busy or having activities that might be prioritized.
That way, when they feel that the time has come, they will be able to stop immediately at that time, they will do the activities or work that they really have to do, and of course they will not think about gambling when they are doing other more important things.

Sometimes I do when I'm currently on a game which I've  staked and I just wait for the outcome before withdrawing my bankroll and ending the day's session. I do actually set a stopwatch for myself even before starting my gambling session to checkmate my involvement in it. So as soon as my alarm goes off, its time to wrap up whatever I'm doing and end the session. That's the plan, but we're humans and sometimes, the human nature steps in. I tend to ignore the alarm when I'm losing seriously, but the snoozing of the alarm constantly reminds me to wrap it up and  along the line, I'll just give up, log out disappointed and unwilling to engage for longer for the fear of the addiction syndrome settling on me.
Wrapping up for me doesn't have a timeframe, it only has processes which mine is simple. Wait for the last game to end, Withdraw your funds and log out.

You always need to be able to end a game on time - and it's unlikely that you can do that on a buzzer (because you can never pinpoint a convenient time to bet). You'll have to rely more on your inner voice and intuition, as well as whether you're starting to feel tired and your current interest level.
