Have you wrapped up every session you mean you allocate specific hours on your session and to hit the hour where you should log off you made a wrap-up of your session even though you still have a huge bankroll like you spend 30 minutes wrapping up your bets.
I usually spend 20 minutes going down to my excitement level so when I log out I feel more relaxed
How about you do you wrap up your sessions and how many minutes or hours and do you think it's ok to do a wrap-up?
In order to maintain a healthy gambling habit and continually stay responsible gambling, I make sure to allocate a certain number of time to gambling, I'm really conscious and intentional about how much time I spend gambling because personally it has a proportional effect to my profitability and my productivity especially with my rationale to select good picks.
Immediately the time I did allocated to my gambling session I don't hesitate to leave and exit because beyond that time I may no longer be relaxed and my picks my be done in a rush from an unclear and indecisive perspective, so to keep me in the best mindset to be able to maximize my gambling skills, I Keep to my timing per session and aswell do make sure to wrap up when it's necessary I do and I don't further add extra time or hesitate to wrap up when it's due.
It just about managing self-limitations, those who can have set limits and really manage them will always have better time and finances.
It just that not all gamblers can apply it because there are gamblers who gamble with target, for example they target to win certain amount of dollars so before they get it they don't stop.
From here, when they lose, they will try to recover rather than stop because they still have target of getting number of wins.
What I say is based on reality and many gamblers do things like that, especially those gamblers out there who still don't really understand how gambling actually works.
What you are doing is responsible behavior in gambling because you can control yourself at any time and of course by adopting such an attitude it will further reduce the number of losses that could occur.
There is one way or tip if there are gamblers who want to have an attitude like you, namely by being busy or having activities that might be prioritized.
That way, when they feel that the time has come, they will be able to stop immediately at that time, they will do the activities or work that they really have to do, and of course they will not think about gambling when they are doing other more important things.
