Have you wrapped up every session you mean you allocate specific hours on your session and to hit the hour where you should log off you made a wrap-up of your session even though you still have a huge bankroll like you spend 30 minutes wrapping up your bets.
I usually spend 20 minutes going down to my excitement level so when I log out I feel more relaxed

How about you do you wrap up your sessions and how many minutes or hours and do you think it's ok to do a wrap-up?
Not really and in fact I do the opposite, I set a time limit and a money limit as well on each session I start, and as soon as one of those limits is reached I immediately stop gambling regardless of any factor that may be going on during my gambling session.

So the end of every single one of my sessions is very abrupt and I take no time at all to wrap up my bets as you mention, however that is my personal style and I could see why others gamblers may not like to quit their session so suddenly.

Depending on a certain type of game, if it's poker or any casino games, I can wrap that up every gambling session.

However, if we are talking about sports betting, I'm more into long term, like at least 6 months before I could wrap things up. And just like every gambler who aim to have success (not just for fun), I'm hoping I'll end up with a profit as that would only be the thing that could bring a smile in my face.

I don't know how one can do that. I stop when I have either exhausted my budget or have gained a certain profit percentage anytime during the session and when any of that happens, that's a wrap-up for me as I stop gambling immediately if any of the two events is triggered. I used to think that most gamblers do the same, they either lose everything or settle down on their winnings if they have any in that particular gambling session.

Some people say that they gamble for a specific timeframe, like if they have a target time of 2 hours for their gambling activities, and if they have started at 2 PM, they will keep gambling until 4 PM, even if they have won before that time or anything, they just don't stop, for me, that doesn't make any sense and it makes you an irresponsible gambler to some extent.

Of course I set a time limit on my gambling, because I think there are still many other things that can be done than gambling, which if you play for too long, maybe something bad will happen, which of course is something that I don't want for myself, because I have learned from my previous experience. where I gambled without regard to time, as long as I had money I continued to gamble, but now I gamble for a maximum of 1 hour, and don't care about the results will win or lose, the most important thing is that I have taken the time to fulfill my desire to gamble.

And I also think that people who gamble without thinking or not setting a time limit may experience things that they don't want or bad things, but don't know how clearly. because everyone has their own choices.

Wrap it up if the profits are within your plan.
There are those who don't stop gambling even if they are on the winning side because of their greed and I won't blame them because I have been in that same position before.
When you are on a winning streak, you feel invincible and you think that streak won't stop unless you stop the autobet feature. But there must be a hit point at which we should stop and say it's okay to withdraw it.
Why? Because I've also seen the worst. After a winning streak, next to it will always be a losing streak, and any game you pick will be unlucky. I believe this is where sports betting should come in. That way, we are not playing against the house but just predicting the winner of the game, and those kinds of bets are not controlled by anyone especially the games in the higher leagues.

I don't wrap up, the moment am done with gambling, I get it off my mind because I only use the money that I can afford to love to gamble and there is nothing I need to think about if I made a mistake or why didn't I make this moves. I love sportbet and before the match started i have already placed my bet on the club that i believe will win the game, and during the match, I sit down to watch and entertain myself.

If it happens that My bet didn't win, I have already seen the reason why and I will take it that I underestimated the team that won. There is no need to worry much about a bet that that is over but I know that we are humans and have the right to do whatever we feel is cool with us. I have a time limit for my gambling activities, and am done when the time is up.

How about you do you wrap up your sessions and how many minutes or hours and do you think it's ok to do a wrap-up?
I usually spend one to two hours gambling and that's only on weekends because I don't gamble on weekdays, so I divert all my weekday hours to the weekend, sometimes I can spend more than that sitting in front of me. my laptop to play some casino games just to wait for the football match because I also gamble on sports betting as my main gambling compared to the casino which I usually play just to accompany my free time.

But to complete a gambling game session I usually not only measure it by time but also the budget that I have limited, sometimes I still have money left in my budget so the game continues as long as I haven't reached my gambling budget limit, not everything is determined by time but also to see if I still have a budget to play, if I still have it I will still play it until it runs out
The importance of the budget we have in gambling will really help us in determining when is the right time to stop and I also apply this in my gambling. Maybe many people continue to gamble even though their budget is small and in the end they cross the line and find it difficult to stop. Unconsciously, they continue to spend money without being able to stop and this could be detrimental to themselves in the future. So here it is very important regarding the budget that we use when gambling.

Here I also only bet on football matches and sometimes if the result is a win then I will use 30% of the winnings to play slots and if in that case I lose, I don't mind because it's just for entertainment and I don't think too much about the results.

For me, instead of time-based session, I have been used to amount-based, that is whereby I deposit a certain amount of money, and ensure I gamble until I'm able to use that amount into winning a reasonable amount of money, but if I happen to lose, I stop for the day to continue the next, and such strategy has really been helpful for me, as it enables me to manage my risk, far better than when I ascertain a certain amount of time for gambling. Because for example, I may have $500 in my account, but could just decide to gamble just only $50 on both casino games (i.e Joker 1000 & Aviator) and Sport betting (i.e Premier League matches).

I don't limit time or sessions when gambling, if I feel bored and fed up then I will immediately leave and do other activities. With that, I also avoid feeling addicted. Because if people are addicted to gambling, their lives will suffer, as I see in my environment, many people are addicted to slots, they spend their time playing and I think we need to make an example of this because this is not very beneficial for our own lives. If you don't make yourself better, you will actually make yourself worse.

Of course, I always finish my gambling session well. Whatever results I receive, I don't mind because gambling is just to release the tension I'm facing. Using 30 minutes to complete the bet is enough for me to gamble and I can immediately stop my gambling activities. I also don't need to reach a certain amount of winnings before I can end my gambling activities because I know it will probably use up a lot of the money I have. Rather than running out of money just to achieve a certain amount of winnings, I should try to gamble in moderation and stop my gambling activities. It can prevent me from losing a lot and I also still have enough money to continue gambling another day.

Nope, usually my bankroll run out faster than my free time, so I don't have any problem with my gambling session.

Limit your activity because of time isn't really good, it would make you want to gamble more when you still not feel satisfied. Time management is important, but I learnt that after I regret to waste a lot time for entertain myself. When I realized spent a lot time for nothing is useless, I will not feel bad when I limit my activity by myself, not through alarm or something.

I don't do wrap-ups on my gambling too often, just a few times for big wins/losses to see how my gambling activity affects my bankroll, and it's also not very detailed, just a few notes to see how I'm doing. And also, I don't follow the time in gambling, but the money I have set for each gambling. So when I win big I'll keep going, but if I'm on a losing streak I'll just call it a day and log off, it's just that simple.

Have you considered doing rollover before, placing bet on a specific odds with a specific amount daily. For example using $10 on 1.50 odds daily, this can help wrap up your bankroll to an extent and even help lower your gambling addiction level of taking seriously.

Also, another thing that helps a lot is getting involved in societal engagement to help manage your time and make you less idle, having more time with less daily routine can cause a heavy addictive behavior to be gambling all the time especially weekend without self discipline.

No I am not really wrapping up my gambling sessions, because they sometimes are quite short and I don't want to spend more time than necessary with it.  prefer to just quit gambling when I reached my goal, or lost my gambling limit for the week. Instead of thinking about my gambling session or making a summary of the evening, I rather spend 15 minutes watching some youtube videos to clear my head. There are other ways for me to clear my head and clam down after a long gambling session. Taking a shower or doing the dishes why listening to some music helps me to forget about the evening again. Especially after a long poker tournament where I get close to the final table only to get knocked out before making any real porfit, I need some time to clear my head before going to bad. It's hard to make a fixed schedule for gambling, because there are so many things that come up without notice and I just try to find the time whenever possible to gamble. In the end it comes to whatever works best for people, some want to make a quick and clear break, where others want to wrap up their session to wind down.

no I don't because I only play maximum of 1 hour now as I set timer in my Cellphone and when it alarmed ? i will cut my time even if how much bankroll I have and even I am lucky that time.
with this attitude I now know how to manage my gambling gaming and yes can leave the table with confidence , never that chase my losses eversince.
but if this is considered as wrapping then yes I may admit that is what I am doing now.

Haven't tried setting a specific limit of time when I gamble. So, what I do is I set a specific amount of money or limits before I start, so it's either I drain that amount of money or I stop whenever I think I already gambled for a long time. I don't usually last for more than an hour gambling as I don't want to get addicted to it. I only gamble whenever I feel like a need a little change of phase on my daily routine, bored or maybe when I'm feeling lucky. So, regardless if I'm winning or not, I don't stay for too long.

Mostly I care nothing about time because I only playing in my free time but what I do care
the most is my Budget , meaning the amount I can afford to lose(and of course the amount that i can win to consider stopping that time).

And also this is applicable to those part time or those not so regular gamblers,
because if we are talking about Regular that is playing constantly I believe that they are not wrapping anything but what they have in
pocket is the only concern.

I do wrap up my gambling session but mostly it's about how much balance I have left.
I think we have same idea on how to deal with wrapping , and that is about the
funds and not the time because what is time if you have no money to spend.

Yes I did this as a habit. Why habit? Because I am doing it without even noticing I've done it. I actually was influenced with my trading habits that makes me do this in gambling as well. I feel so relaxed when I made it and that is why I had to spend more time to wrap things up before sleeping or doing something unrelated to gambling or trading. Sometimes I spent 30 minutes to an hour just to wrap it all up.

If it's time to rest then even if I am at lost I will wrap it up. There's always be another day to gamble. Gambling sites will not be gone in a blink so better take care of your health first and rest as much as possible to avoid the stress that is being given by the bad habit.
I remember last month when I was trying to chase my losses and I didn't even notice the time. When I looked at it, it was already 2AM and I felt so bad that I instantly shut down my computer because that's just not right.
Being disciplined in gambling is a hard task to do, I know that. But at least keeping it in control should be our main goal to avoid getting addicted in the long run.

That's good to hear that someone here still prioritize their health instead of pursuing gambling even if their health is at stake, so it's better to create a schedule for gambling, resting and doing some chores and with the help of creating schedule, gamblers are unable to abuse their health just for their gambling addiction. Everyone here needs to control their time and have to balance gambling to prevent any health related concern.
