it's true, it takes hard work and good understanding to find out that the ICO project is really good or not to be made an investment.but now it is very difficult to find a really good project. even though we have learned it well, we will still find it difficult to find because only a few of the hundreds of ICO projects are successful.

currently some investors prefer the IEO because it is more profitable than investing in the ICO project. i hope this will not make the ICO disappear.

Very well said, one must research on an ICO before investing, this is because there are so much scam out there and as such you wouldn't want to be their prey. What I do most times is trying to know the team backing the project, also the use case of the project, I also check their social media handles and some few more once it is done, you can go ahead to invest but always invest what you can loose while you stay positive.

For some time, I stopped buying most ICO, except I have strong reasons to buy cheap otherwise I prefer to buy at the exchange at s dump price. Currently, due to the market condition, even good projects are failing in prices, although good projects will always perform in the future. Just take a good look at Atomic Swap wallet coin, they had a bounty and got listed on Idex at a very low price, just recently they performed excellently well and still waxing strong. Good project and a great team will always succeed.

There is no doubt, considerable it is because of the movement of the market. For the past few years 2017 ICO become highly profitable so its just like a vise versa hoping it will turn back the happy earning this time.

I do research before investing because it was hard to trust some ICO beacuse many of them was not legit they just want to earn money from the investor they are just going to be listed in some cheap exchange and then they are gping to run like there is no tommorrow and they are going to deactivate their account.

The problem roots from the investors itself, if someone showed on how good the project is, he's too confident that the project is well and won't conduct research about it. That's when you are trusting people from their opinion and even your money is at risk, you won't even have a thought to think for few times before entrusting your money to that project.
