I agree, I do believe in facts and scientific evidences supporting presumptions but you know what? I still believe in luck. I don't know why, I guess probably it serves as my last resort when things flows badly (like praying to God when you acan no longer solve your problems)

Like what all of you have said, being an optimistic is a good attitude not only as a gambler but a person as a whole because it gives you greater presence of mind while doing things which provides higher chance of better outcomes in the end.

You needed that kind of attitude when gambling, when you are positive you'll attract luck based on my observation.
I'm gambling sometimes not in a mood and I just loss, so it's better to be attached in what you are doing because when you enjoy it you might be lucky also. There is no scientific explanation to this since it's just about attracting luck and doing the right thing in gambling.

agree . thats only increase tought to be more wisely to decide continue or not . for sure its not affected on luck ( ofcourse ) but i think positive thinking helps some people to remain calm and take loss as a experience and learning in life.

Positive thinking on a losing situation is very effective because this attitude can hep you decide whether to continue or not. We cannot treat it as an edge but if you gamble with a positive thinking you will treat your loss as a normal result of gambling. It goods to be positive not just in gambling, try to adopt it on your everyday activities.

I think it has a big role bevause it can really boost your confidence and it makes you trust your choice or decisions. Its a great feeling but sometimes it leads to higger expectations. You can't predict or determine what will happen about the outcome of your bet so it depends. I agree that positive thinking is great, but if we are just talking about gambling and positive thinking pops uo, I don't agree. There are a lot of gamblers that lost because of that positivity. They thought that they would be able to win that if they just become positive but in realitt, they are not lucky enough. They sometimes boost their confidence because of that positivity and that mostly lead to losses.

As I already mentioned somewhere being positive and being confident are two different things.When you are more confident in gambling it will cause you to lose more money through continuous betting while you are chasing your lost amount so just take it easy and move on ans say its not your day.

But in gambling, I think that is different. In life, we are being positive so we will be confident to what we may be doing and show people that we have the self esteem to carry on; in gambling, we are being confident in our every bets but we should also consider the game since not all of our bets we make will give us a win. It just boost our confidence to bet more and will be a regret if this continues.

In general it does. But if its too much there's also a potential bad effect with it. You don't have too think that much with gambling and too much optimism with it can also put out your money quickly.

It's a norm to have a positive mindset all of the time in general but it has limitation and sign on where to stop to have that mindset. Generally speaking, it really does but there are situations that it won't do much.

Never bring your ego on your way of success just calm down and think if you are losing it means it is not good day for you next day you can try with bright star of your luck, wait for your turn it is not always a good time, but patience if the key to pass through this and you will see the real success, even our international, player sometimes losses but they wait and play again never think bad be wise and think positive, never gave up.

For me it is a big yes because we all know that being positive always give you the positive vibes too. Being a positive person always put you in a good situation. I think you've made wrong conclusions from the post you quoted. The so called "positive thinking " can't affect the outcome of the game in any way. In fact, thinking that you are definitely going to win this time can do yourself a disservice, especially if you don't know when to stop. People lose a lot of money with that kind of thinking and then borrow only to lose even more.

Sure thing! One thing about gambling is having the right mindset before you even started gambling at all. A lot of people do not have that, and they simply just end up getting totally screwed because they were busy looking for something they obviously will not be able to find.
