It depends on some countries that choose not to use cash anymore it maybe of limited use and may switch to other currencies like Bitcoin. But I do not think cash will go extinct, because this useful for people who often transact directly without worried about get scam.

I think it is still difficult when cash money is eliminated. because cash money is synonymous with the struggle of the state. as evidence that the country is prosperous.

It doesn't mean that cash will be wiped out entirely. We're looking at two currencies that can compliment each other and provide people with choices gat can make their lives easier.

Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

It is depend on the people who are using bitcoin because if they intended to use bitcoin than using cash it may be a way to extinct then supplies of cash eventhough we are saying that bitcoi n isn't that continuous to creat supplies. Bitcoin may somehow be the way for the cash to become extinct.

Nope. I don't think so because we all know that bitcoin is a digital currency which is very usableI in online not on the real world. But somehow it can be changed in real money it cannot be a threat to real money to be extinct or make it vanished.  And I believe that bitcoin and cash are very good today in terms of their partnership.

Yes this does mean cash will be extinct. It is unfortunate that we have to use physical cash for our day to day purchases and transaction right now, but this won't be forever. Bitcoin is on the way to replacing cash as it is far superior and thus it is only a matter of time. Bitcoin has solved problems in money and thus it is a revolution in money and it is acting that way no doubt.

to face out all fiat money on one country is not necessary, how about those anyone or anybody that who cant afford to buy gadgets and provide a internet connection, how do they live. i mean how do they make transaction on the physical market to buy or sell goods just to live? this idea is non sense. fiat money is important too and i think more country not to follow if that happens.
Yes not just beause one country was planning do it that doesnt mean that others will follow. There many things to be consider forst here, fiat will neger be extinct. It must be remain because this was control by our government and they wont let digital currency to defeat fiat. Having a cashless society was not good because not everybody knows how to used technology.
No cash cannot become extinct at any cost.Cash is used by all of the people of the world irrespective of whether he is rich or poor. All the international transactions are done through cash.In many nations, the only medium of living is through cash. Many people in the world still do not know what is internet and what are cryptocurrencies and how are they operated. Many people in this world are still illiterate.A cashless society is still not possible in the future because many do not know about the technology. The government will also not legalise such a cryptocurrency as it has no control over it.

this concepet is far away been considered before cryptocurrency came out . cashless society is the  best i think we should trade with electronic money to minimize the money laundry and fraud. this kind of thing is good for economic and make fair trade between buyer and seller. so i believe it would happen eventually

No cash will not be extinct in the whole world, because cash is known by every people in this world, and cash is their needs to buy something, Bitcoin is not yet known by all people unlike cash that is part of the history of the world and cash is the key of every people to do and to buy all their wants, so i cannot agree that cash will be extinct.

This is far from coming a reality. Having a cashless society is not as easy as many think. Not everybody got the minimum of knowledge that allows them to use bitcoin without mentioning people who still even do not have access to the internet. It needs serious internatinal plan to integrate bitcoin in the society and eliminating cash is still a fantasy for now.

of course not! cash is different to crypto there is a big big difference about it you know. cash is used by the people in their everyday life, it can't be extinct there are also many people will be rally about that and make complain about the cash system that you are saying, it is impossible to extinct cash.
As day by day bitcoin popularity is increasing the chances are bright that cash will be extent and world will switch to the crypto soon because there is a lot of eases in using bitcoin firstly it can be investment and it generate huge money through itself and secondly it can be used globally it is not confined to any region and it is most secure form of money nobody can rob it and all this here so why we need cash.

cash will never go extinct as this is the only currency which is accepted throughout the world as far as we know it, if some countries are planning to go cashless that would be a major shift as the whole world might be affected. Not all countries have the technology to go cashless so I guess cash will still be there.. yes it will be minimize but never will it be extinct in my opinion.
Cash will stay up to 3 to 4 year and after that bitcoin will take its place and more of it btc has more capability to bless its owner as compare to cash and as by seeing the people rush toward btc I am sure that all the people will know soon that this coin has more to give and talking about cash there is bit insecurity in cash whereas btc is secure so wait and watch how cash will be wiped out and btc will be used.

this is way too early, don't over react on this. yes, btc is getting it's mark and place in our daily life but this doesn't mean that cash and physical money will be extinct, im sure btc and cash will still get along and will remain in circulation, if this will happen, years or maybe centuries will pass, not all countries or people are patronizing btc yet. im sure some means of trading currencies will rise, maybe better than btc.

I don't think that cash will extinct. There are a lot of dealings that should be compensated by cash. And also most of the deal that requires documentations are need to paid in money. Also not every establishments will embrace cashless dealings.

I highly doubt that cash or fiat will be extinct because 3rd world country cant afford to go cashless for micro transaction like in the local market.
Sweden could be first because they are 1st class country but i doubt it will happen on a 3rd world country.

Cash extinction? Not literally because it maybe just a lessen on the manufacturing and usage of fiat system since people will totally prefer using cryptocurrencies which are much easier to be used and access with just using technological devices such mobile devices with the presence and need of an internet connection. But this not merely imply that cash will be extinct because many people still prefer fiat rather that cryptocurrencies.

Yes, it can not completely eliminate cash from the system but will reduce its usage like you put it because people prefer the cryptos in a lot of ways but they also prefer to convert them into fiats as and when the need be for them to be used in the lives.
