dogecoin is not dead, if you see in order buy and sell, there is a big amount ready to be filled. i think in dogecoin, there is many big whales is in there and they are ready to make the price is increase. i remember, once dogecoin is increase it will up almost 3x from the base price. imagine how much profit you will make if you have large amount of dogecoin. just waiting for the next increase and prepare yourself to join to the party.

You might say that it is getting a bit long in the tooth.

Kind of old crypto especially in doge years!

It started out as a joke currency that caught on for a bit.

Same could be said for DGB except that they are relaunching OCT 1.

Red alert!

Doge used to be one of my favorite altcoin but it seems that it's not gonna recover to it's former state.
Is their hope for Doge? What can you say about the big drop of Doge?

I don't think Dogecoin was ever "alive".. so to speak. It was/is a novelty coin at best, imho.

Back in the day doge was very much alive.
It was one of the most fun periods I experienced in crypto.

I thought doge won't rise to its current price, it was too idle for so long then some months ago all of a sudden doge move up in price, probably a pump but it keeps the community motivated and somehow gather more supporters.  But with its large supply and no cap, I believe Doge is just overpriced at this point.  There is no way for doge but to decline in price though I can say it will survive for several years before eventually forgotten in the cyberspace.

I think that doge will reach 120 sats/each one before middle of october. I really trust in dogecoin, it has one of the best communities in all bitcointalk, and everybody loves this coin because it is a nice meme too. So i would like to see it like a dead coin, i hope it can go up again , but its price is so quiet and i dont see to much movement in their trends.

do u really think so? i think thats wishful thinking since there is really no development in the doge project, for months now and correct me if im wrong but do they have a dev team that is active in some sort of way? they dont, do they? well, i wouldnt bet my money on doge to be honest

Someone said that this coin was created for fun. But I still hope that it will also grow in value in the coming months. But not as much as many would like

Exactly I couldn't agree more with this statement, people should stop taking dogecoin seriously it started as a joke coin and will always be a joke coin, look at its price it has been around for a couple of years but there is no massive increase in price and currently price is just dropping at an alarming rate so I guess it's safe to say that dogecoin is neither dead nor alive. It's just resting and doing its thing being a joke coin.

Regardless of the various negative views about doge. I believe many traders or speculators still use doge as their choice in making a profit. So, doge will never die if still give profits in trading.

it is still a fun coin for people new to crypto. But as an investment, I don't think so.

I think it was dead a long time ago because when I started here 4 years ago, I've known Doge and I see it as a shit coin because it was really cheap. At first I thought it would be a great investment but when I came back nothing changed, it remained as shit coin. So, I think it's not good to keep Doge coin on your portfolio if ever.

In dollar terms, doge is at a pretty good value (higher than it's been for several years).

It's never going to die - that's because it's low fee and fast confirmation make it ideal to move coins from exchange to exchange without being stung by fees.
doge still get space in crypto world, i know doge since 2014 when using tipbot in facebook and twitter.

Doge coin was meant to be joke coin and it was dead long time ago.
There's not much support from the community itself.
And developer? Developer doesn't care at all.
ya this is fun coin for people who fall in love with dog. At least you can use this coin for some gambling site

Doge is one of the pioneering altcoin in cryptocurrency. So, I don't think it will die, it maybe drop the price value but not to become a dead coin. Because I do believed that up to now doge has still big community in the entire world. Unlike any other coins in cryptocurrency.

Doge is basically a large shitcoin. There's nothing useful about it, it's "cool" and "cute" and that's about it. One of the main arguments to hold it is it feels better to hold a few million of DOGE than just 1 BTC.
