Thank you for bringing us back on track, I've been curious as well. Last we know was that Saxydev entrusted all the payment proofs to someone he trust via PM to preserve his identity, despite FatFork explained several times that there will be no way to trace his ID throught the said proofs


Unfortunately, this "someone" left us on a quite gargantuan range. IMO, it could be anyone, literally anyone, from someone that he found by opening "search members" page on this forum, closed his eyes and type randomly, and deemed the result shown as that "someone" he trust, to someone whose last activity was before covid and has long left the forum, to a legit trusted members on this forum who still active. It would really helpful if Saxydev at least told us the username, so we can check if they're still an active user or not --with the decision on the interest of getting involved on this case by verifying it is still on the hand of the user, which we shall respect-- unfortunately he didn't hand us that info.

Given that Saxydev online activity on this forum getting less and less by time, the best way we can get an update for this case is by asking OP if he has recently refreshed or looked at his wallet and happen to see the said payment.

OP, c0ldbrewz, can you update us on something from your side?

Anyone can do whatever they want with flags, support or oppose and they don't have to give any explanation at all.
Some people learned the hard way when I warned them about scammers, and maybe they can find the truth only after they personally got burned.
It was funny to me that some people thought I was not serious about my deal with Saxydev, but I was serious and he did break a deal.

Good catch, holydarkness! Most likely, our not-so-friendly-forum-staff-member-which-supports-scammers tries to lure public opinion from his shady activities. It is also possible that he started to be aware of the shit he got himself into (as you could notice, he also stopped posting from his alt account) and, since for the negative feedback I gave him I used the link the the flag which he opposed, the thought that by not opposing the flag those reading the negative feedback (and the reference link) may believe that the feedback was not fair. However, I just changed the reference link from that negative feedback with a link of the screenshot showing him opposing the flag, thus his move was in vain.

Another possibility is that, after he sent me that unsolicited PM, becoming a staff user breaking forum rules while still being paid for doing that; and after I reported his unsolicited PM -- after all these it's possible for an admin or for his own master to have a discussion with him and explain him that his actions are embarrassing for the forum. In this case, again, he had to take the difficult decision of not supporting his scammer friend anymore (which probably broke his heart; yet, he had to obey).

More over, bear in mind that he only stopped opposing the flag, without supporting it so it's a clear sign that either he was forced to take this decision or he only took it for people to not see anymore (at the negative feedback reference link) that he was supporting a scammer. In any case, the current reference link for his support of a scammer is still showing his earlier action and I also included this topic's URL in the comment for the negative feedback, ensuring that everything is transparent.

^*For those unaware, the appellation "sup" has deep roots between me and holydarkness, from an era when examplens exposed the "sup fellas" spammers gang (the gang was defeated fast) Since then, we occasionally use to greet each other with this "sup"

However, I reported them for "off-topic, zero-vale posts", not for trolling, yet I believe trolling was a better reason to state within the report. I was also surprised to see that his topic was also vanished. I did not report the topic, as I thought there are small chances to have it trashed as well, yet it happened (thanks to you and NeuroticFish). I reported only the posts from those screenshots.

In Romanian we have a saying: the mouth of the sinner speaks the Truth. Basically it refers to those situations where someone which is not considered to be credible says, sometime, some words which become true or are true. It seems that shitcoincollector12 was right when he said that. Probably he anticipated he won't be able to control himself and he will say things which will bring him some red tags (which, eventually, happened).

From what I've seen I think that the account was not banned (not even temp ban), still, removing that garbage is an obvious step forward.

I get it that it's important not to give trolls too much attention, but it's always a good idea to report any behavior that violates the platform's guidelines, including trolling or harassment. Meanwhile, someone told me that saxydev scammed him with about 5-600 euros or so. I instructed him how to create a scam accusation topic and a flag and also instructed him to add all chat logs and screenshots which can be considered as evidence. So it's possible to see soon a new accusation about Rizzrack's protégé. At least, thus guy was not naive and he said that he knows he has no chance in obtaining any of his money back.

Saxydev, we had a discussion about your supposed payment a few weeks ago, but you still haven't provided any valid proof of payment, neither publicly nor in a private message to a trusted DT member.

The information and screenshots provided previously do not match, particularly the block number of the transaction does not match the time stamp. To prove a payment on the Monero network, the only valid method is to provide the correct TXID and TX secret key. As I have mentioned repeatedly, these details do not disclose any information about the sender (you), but only the recipient address and amount sent. Therefore, there is no privacy concern in sharing this information publicly.
