It is a noble act to take such steps to help the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey. I thank you sincerely for this. I saw in newspapers and on television that there was a terrible earthquake in Turkey, it caused a lot of damage. Thousands of people died and buildings were destroyed. In such situations, each of us should lend a helping hand. Let us help what we can from our respective places. Maybe our little help can make a big benefit in times of need.

With donations like this, it can lighten the burden on the people who are being hit by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. It Grows our sense of concern among humans.

This is touching, infact I am short of words right now because this disaster has swallow so many things from the turkey Land. It's really heartbreaking to see that, I hope the other citizens which still alive will recovered very soon and they can back to their normal life, although it's need a time for sure.
I think it's worth to mention, if anyone want to donate their money to charity, it's better to follow the address of @OP post rather than looking to the other sites. Because there a lot criminals will open fake donation campaign, similar like fake Ukraine donation campaign in the last year.
This is one of the fake campaign, also don't believe if there's a newbie created shitcoin to support the donation campaign in Turkey, it's 100% scam.

Turkey is facing a terrible earthquake disaster. Please don't withhold your support even a little. Ahbap is the leading civil society organization in Turkey. I am sorry to heard what happen in Turkey, I am so sad when watching on Television about earthquake and many people was pass away. I hope will recovery back and all victim can get their help as soon possible.

Haluk Levent and the AHBAP team have been reliably running aid campaigns for years. From the moment the earthquake happened, they continue to work to help them as much as they can. We need to support them in this. Too many people need help. Thank you to everyone who helped.

My country is going through very difficult times. It will take many years to forget this pain. We did not learn from the 1999 earthquake and we cannot act against devastating earthquakes. Iskenderun, the country's most important port, is still on fire. People have been in the rubble for hours and cannot be helped. Now we must do whatever we can.

I can remember having such donations likewise in the critical situations like during the war and when there's a pandemic outbreak of disease like that of the covid and so on, we saw how people come out to support and donate in various forms while those that could make it to be present where there live to assist others, this is a good initiative for OP to have reason in same manners, it's encouraging to see men having the heart of reaching out to those in need, they never planned for it nor saw it coming and alot of asset and many lives had gone through this already, please make a time to time updates on your every moves over there so that the nearby bitcointalk community members could join in physical for those around the visinity for more rescue and reaching out.

This is very sad to watch, i saw a little of what happened while i was watching T.V yesterday, and to be honest this is really a bad time for those who have been affected by this natural disaster, i hope those who are still alive and stuck under the rubble would be found too and medical help will be provided for them. Thank you for bringing this here for people who haven't found a way to donate to those affected, i am sure myself and other members here would also send our own little contributions to help. My heart goes out to the people of Turkey and Syria, and i would be praying for them.

I can confirm that this is the most reliable donation address for the biggest NGO here. Although it's only for BEP20 transactions more than 100k USD was raised already in less than 40 minutes. Because of the limitations I mentioned they created this address with special permission from MASAK. We also made a suggestion to open a Bitcoin wallet. If it's accepted, we will share that address here.

I don't see any Bitcoin address, do you know if there's a charity accept Bitcoin or you're want to become a volunteer? I think it's need few trusted pmembers on your local section such like EFS, Bthd, etc to be a part of controlling the multisig wallet.
The only want I need to add is, better for you to directly distribute the donation to the affected people/family rather than giving a money to a charity company because it's not really transparent and forum members wouldn't see if their money are used for good.

The situation is much worse than you know. More than 6,000 buildings have been damaged and this is only the detectable number. I estimate that 200 to 300 thousand people are under the rubble with a simple calculation.
Directly distributing the donation is not possible because of roads are damaged and It's very hard to going earthquake zone at the moment. Turkish charity platform Ahbap will share crypto deposit addresses today. It's community based so no trust problems.
Well known Turkish NFT artist Refik Anadol shared an ethereum wallet for donations. He will exchange the money and send to AFAD and Ahbap.
