We need to psyche our minds and be mentally prepared during cryptocurrency investment because you can either lose or gain money at anytime. I, personally don't complain over petty things in cryptocurrency because I know what might happen. We just have to have confidence in the decisions we take.
I have always diversified my assets, and in the good times when the cryptocurrency was growing, and in the bad when it was falling, it allows me to look more calmly at my portfolio and not worry.
I do not complain on petty things that would cause me frustration and anxiety. And complaining is a negative emotion, and negative emotion generally ruins one's day. So all we have to do is be confident with our decisions and accept if there is any loss.

I think that soon bitcoin can again become a modernized cryptocurrency thanks to the Lightning Network. This incident can badly affect all altcoins and soon they can disappear from the world of cryptocurrencies.

Alternatively, you could make a common strategy for every coin, work with mathematical points to place buy orders and sell orders and let the orders work even though you sleep. Manual observations and checks are still necessary but you can't just do only that. Research and update about the coins are necessary to predict sudden price movements.
It's hard to predict but assumptions might help to place your entry position, with how the market is doing right now it's a tough call for anyone to provide certain predictions all we can do is to trust the project and allow every cycle to happen then wait for the value to bounce and bring decent profits to our investment.
when we have invested it is indeed what we can do. believe and wait for every update they do. when the work is completed by the developer then in the long run there will definitely be growth from the project.

don't worry, always remember patience is the key in cryptocurrency, but, if hodl the right altcoin

I thought, those who complained for too long were those who really did not receive the results of what was achieved at that time. well, the best way to do that is to find another solution, and a way you can get it, compared to too many complaints. thinking about acceptable risks will get better, and make us easy to accept.
Well, I understand the feeling of failure and not getting good results, even I often complain about the failures but over time, I realized a lot of lessons, this life is always a road with too many turns, we cannot live in perfection, we go in the wrong direction, we should accept and turn around to find the path we want. It can make us very upset and depressed but it's always better than we are still standing and not moving, everything has happened, complaining is useless, changing situations and reducing discomfort is something we need to consider 
Buying through FOMO and selling through panic are the two worst decisions that can be made in trading. Always try to have your entry and exit points established before you jump in. Remember that entry point is as important as exit, it is not always a good time to buy! If you buy at any random point and then try to see how you can profit, then you are already 50% of the way to losing money.

I think it is much more difficult to avoid checking your pc to monitor the prices when we are in a bull run. I say that people get much more excited and have an anticipation that any moment, a bullrun for altcoins could happen. But as like you said, we got to stay optimistic no matter what or just be patient because losing it will not result into any success.
I also think so. Bitcoin is rallying with its price soaring at present. However altcoins have not gone up as compared to bitcoin. I think altcoins will also increase in the days to come. And binance coin will take the lead. I think it is right time to buy good altcoins like BNB, Ethereum, ripple, EOS before they start rallying.
