that's 100% true. today bounty campaigns are not like before. now bounty allocations are very low and there are a huge amount of participants. so rewards became very less. another thing is these days many projects keep failing. so we shouldn't keep big hopes. participate in the campaign and move another when it has done.

Yeah that is good reason to looking competent manager to manage the campaign. Marketing team for an ICO prefer to hire famous manager to handle their project if that is seriously project to build, develop, etc. Also we need to understand the project's whitepaper mean, knowing the core team as well to know how potential it will be.

You're right. It makes no sense to look at the profit that the project promises. The whole essence lies in its performance. After all, as current practice shows, it is enough for a strong project to conduct an IEO on a large stock exchange so that its price would make x2-x10 +.

But, i must know the future of that project, what advantages if i holding that coin or token, and many else. The value of token worth is not important for me, it will be grow up following the project development.
If the token already listed on exchange, i'll sell when its enough for me, i'm not holding for long term from bounties token.

I like your advice, because there are so many bounty right now and not all of those project have a great future that's why we should not hopes too high, i remember that when i was newbie in cryptoworld i expected really high and all of the sudden i dont earn good profit.

Hoping sometime in crypto currency leads us to a disappointments especially in the bounty and in the projects that we promote and on investors as we are always hoping that the bounty we join will gives us profits but in reality it cant as always happens the value of alts goes down after listing in exchanges so that is a normal thing now so lessen your hopes and expectations so that we cant be disappointed.

Well, I think you are pertaining about expectations versus the work done. You are right when you said that we should not getnour hopes too high so that we will not be disappointed when we don't get what we have expected especially now that we are experiencing bear season in Cryptocurrency. What we need to do is to do the work excellently, expect less but hope for the best.

This really touched me as many project that has done bounty now a days are more like waste of time , seriously.

Most project end up be nothing again as they are just here o collect funds and enrich themselves why they dont care about the investors , even find it difficult to get the best exchange listing after making so much funds, we just have to keep the faith as no one knows which will eventually pay off .
