Nothing is impossible. Yes you are right that do not set your hopes too high because it will leads to your hurts or disappointment. But it doesn't mean that the hope that you want to happened will not came. All is possible here in crypto industry. For the right time it will but you need too much patience also just trust and wait.

I started participating in bounty when there were no high earnings (2018) so I never considered bounty as the main source of income. Anyway, I managed to make some money and I will continue to participate in the campaigns.
Good thing you take that option, it a particular reason that we can't simply trust into bounties as a source of income. We don't see any assurance from bounty and it never looks so good by now. That having a stable job is the right thing to do.

Not so long that I participated bounties and it is too sad that it gives nothing to me in almost 4 weeks of works.

I depend more on trading than bounty because bounty may never amount to anything until maybe after 6 months if the project actually succeed and the team is true to road map implementation.  Trading has giving me in 1 week what no bounty has given me in 1 year. Some project think they are doing you good by participating in their bounty campaign.

You are right bounties today are not the same as before, a million dollar allocation is just a plain estimate base on the speculative ICO token price and too good to be true, thats why its up to the bounty hunter if they still believe in this kind of deception dont expect too much or else youl be disappointed.

Bounties is like a egg waiting to get cracked ,you won't know if its good one or a bad one until you crack it, yet bounty hunters need to keep promoting projects that seem good enough for them until you get results in the end ,the fact is I won't give up on bounty hunting because I believe that there is light at the end of every dark tunnel

Don't get your hopes too high when promoting bounty projects especially bounties with very high allocations like in millions of $$$ ,they are never the same again unlike in the past ,all you have to do now is just depend on yourself and promote good projects and wait for end results.

You should be very careful in selecting one. But still their would be risks involved. If you want to be sure about your payment and be ready to receive a small amount, you can join bounties that pays weekly. It's also better to join a bounty joined by many participants than a few as there would be many people researching about it and giving reviews and suggestions. That way you may soon find if the project is worth your time or not. And also have significant pressure on project and bounty manager to stick by their own rules.

Expecting too much from bounty campaigns is not appropriate. The price of token is projected but not actual. If project grows , so as the token price. If you are doing any bounty campaign , it means that you believe in that project. So just wait for the growth of the project.
I hope that will bounty hunters think, but unfortunately the sad reality is they just want to sell right away the moment they receive their reward.
Most of my earnings in the past have increase in value because I was able to hold it for awhile and I sell it during the last bull run, so if they'll participate now, hold and wait until the next bull run comes, I believe they will enjoy that moment, but like I said, most of them don't hold.

This is exactly what I was doing, I do more and I expect less, it's more surprising to see the result when you are expecting less. High reward allocations bounty are just numbers and I fully understand that, we ain't seeing any value until it gets listed in exchange.
I actually choose what I think is a quality project and no matter if it has low or high allocation, atleast it will have a value.

Yeah if we want to make some good profit on the bounty projects we really need to choose the best team out there that have some enthusiast to make some innovation on block chain technology. not just some faded Ideas that will need some millions of funds to make their project work bit after the investors paid with that so called funds they ended up getting some unsatisfactory result of the said projects.

I've seen bounties with buzzwords and ambiguous concepts actually pay better than those where a lot of research was done on and speculated to perform better than others. The thing is every hunter should be responsible for whatever campaign they engage in. There is no best project or worst project. Just do your marketing tasks and hope for the best

Already we should be more vigilant about the gift program that runs now instead of if we choose wrongly in participating in a gift program then the time and thoughts are just wasted and remain focused on our real work, making the bounty just an addition not to the priority.

Current conditions must be applied by bounty hunters. The difference is very far from what happened in the past. The concept that must be done by bounty hunters is to see the project and do it casually. In any work there must be a target even though the work promotes the bounties project.

That's true big allocations is not attractive anymore, they offer hundreds of millions worth of their token out of their billions of dollars, when in the end that hundreds of millions are only worth pennies or nothing, I got 6 digits worth of Icechain but I can only trade it for $10 the huge allocation is very deceiving.

These projects seems not really genuine. So instead of looking in allocations, look for the project itself if it has something to offer to the community that is valuable to make their project become successful in the end.

You can not be sure at any moment until you have tokens in your personal wallet and a functional exchange listing that particular coin.
Indeed, until this coin/token is not listed in exchanges you'll never know if all your effort will be paid off.

I learnt this the hard way, when I started newly I was always calculating the tokens I earned according to the ICO price but unluckily when it lists on exchange, some of them lose more than 50% of their ICO value. Now I just never get my hopes high.

I think you are half right and half wrong because project promoted in bounties are also unpredictable, you might have a big project with big bounty and they will be a success and you might have a small bounty pool and still fail. what I'm saying, in essence, is that bounty pool cant determine how good or bad a project will be.

Bounties are unpredictable, getting your hopes high up can be very disappointing and annoying. Is better to ignore the hype and high allocations and work on researching deep into the project carefully before promoting it hoping for better results, if it turns out well good but if it ends in the wrong way, you change your research plans and consider another project.

A bounty with extremely high allocation will lose any potential financial specialist, since speculators won't need bounty hunters who have enormous tokens, to come and dump on them. Trades are likewise aware of what number of tokens are dispensed to bounty hunters. In the event that they are excessively, such project may nit be acknowledged for listing. Thusly, any bounty with extremely enormous allocation may be viewed as a potential scam project.
