it is very sad to hear because of the same experiences was happened to me also with one of ico called bitmora there is no news about when they are going to launch the project, because i was waiting for long time still i will get answer that they are going to launch soon but dot know when.

This is becoming a prevalent occurrence, however, there are still genuine ICOs out there. I wouldn't suggest we should not invest in ICOs, my style is always to spread my tentacles. Just be careful in selecting ICO to invest in.
