Due to the huge pressure society puts over our shoulders, more and more people are beginning to think of sleeping as a waste of time, and they prefer to spend their time doing some of the things they want instead of sleeping, but what they do not realize is that by systematically cutting their sleeping time, not only they are reducing their life expectancy, they are also reducing their quality of life and what they can achieve when they are awake, so it is important to sleep as much as we need, that way we will be able to take the best decisions possible when we need it.

Society has made any individual that doesn't have money to be looked down on, if you don't have money you'll not be considered as a human being as you'll be disrespected always and it'll worry you therefore hustling always without sleeping until you have made money is what every individual is now doing. Many individuals don't care about their health anymore, what's important to them is how they can make money and after making the money they'll still you the money to treat their health.

But if we pay attention to our health and have good sleep when it's necessary, we can still make the money and not put our health in danger. When you feel tired, rest and don't still work or do things that'll need your brain to be active as it's not good or you'll be stressing your brain. Resting is very important and we need to do that for the least 8 hours by sleeping or we'll be stressing our brain and other body organs.

When you feel tired better to take some rest instead of pushing your way and continue with your gambling activities, it adds more stress and most of the time when you have that heavy loads inside you it really affects your decision making, unlike when you are well-rested your mindset is free and you can use whatever strategy you have in mind and execute things the way it sould be.

Chances that you feel the enjoyment and excitement is when you play without any hardship or any tireness that affecting your brain, it can also compromised your health when you gamble while you are not feeling well.

This obsession our society has with money? Its a problem, a big problem. We're all grinding, chasing that dollar, and sacrificing our health in the process. Its wrong, and I know it, you know it. The smartest people, the most successful folks, understand that real wealth starts with your health. Neglect your body, your mind, you're headed for a disaster no bank account can fix.

This isnt about judgment. I get it, we all gotta work. But theres a balance that needs to be found. You take care of yourself, the money takes care of itself - its a fact I've seen time and time again. We gotta change this mindset, prioritize wellbeing. Thats what truly matters, and thats how we'll build a better future.

Getting a good night of sleep and not being tired when handling important tasks is underrated. I learned early on in life how important sleep could be just playing video games. Sometimes late at night as a kid I would struggle with a certain part of a game for hours, only to fall asleep and beat it first thing in the morning. That was enough to convince me to take sleep seriously in life.
Being a family person who doesn't get to have enough sleep a lot of times, I can agree with you on that. Most often, we underestimate a good night's sleep and don't get it even though we can, and then we realize how important it is when we don't get to have enough sleep for some reason, that is when we feel that we shouldn't have ruined our rest time when we had enough time for it and now that we want to rest, we can't do it because of work or anything.

I have learned this lesson in my life, and I would never sacrifice my rest or sleep for anything including gambling. I believe anything can be done when you are healthy and fresh and there is no point in spending all your time on something and then deduct that time from your sleep or rest time. It's not a good deal, honestly.

I almots loss all of my life savings because I easily become tilted to chase my losses due to lack of rest from my flu. I’m just lucky that I’m able to win that time but the experience of almost losing evejust because I can’t think properly is terrible.

IMO i think sleeping is important so that when you are awake you will have more productive time doing what you are awake to do. The reason why am saying this is because i wished i could fall asleep easily, i rarely sleep at night so it doesn't concern people who have Insomnia. This disease was not naturally in me i got it during the time i forced myself not to sleep at night for 1 year plus and gradually it got inside of me and up till now i found it so hard fall asleep no matter how hard i try. Ever since then i had always advise people around me to give some time to sleep. 4 hours in the night and 2 hours in the afternoon is enough to carry you for a day. That is total of 6 hours a day.

In my opinion, this problem depends more on their level of interest in gambling itself, because clearly if they are responsible gamblers who have a correct understanding of all the positive and negative aspects that can be caused by gambling then I am sure they will not dare to act excessively, such as not placing any limits, especially in terms of time, which in the end, as you said, there is a big possibility that they will prioritize their time for gambling rather than resting.

So the point is, in my opinion, what must be addressed first is to justify your understanding regarding gambling, we must understand that gambling is an activity that can pose a very high risk if you have the wrong approach, meaning that your understanding must be immediately changed and must be prioritized. That's a great advice to follow if you want to make sure your balance doesn't vanish in one go. It happened to me multiple times to start betting late at night while being tired and lose my entire balance because I simply was too tired to take rational decisions. Sleepiness and tiredness slows down your thought process, therefore it will be harder for you to take good and responsible decisions while gambling and it's easier than ever to lose control.
A silly decision when you feel tired and then still want to do gambling, of course your brain will respond to bad things and think more about resting and doing nothing else when tired, so when oprang who has a fever but forces yourself to bet or gamble. But if he is a gambling addict then I don't think it's strange about him, because he can't escape from gambling.

It is for everything that he does and not just in gambling. In school, in work and in any other activities that he'll be engaged with.

Sleep deprivation causes a lot of problems for someone that have been into active activities that he'll do. I have felt that for so many times and that's why even if I am tired and can't go to sleep, I'm trying to take as much sleep as I can.

Even some powernaps will do if you have things to do but at least get some real rest for your body isn't invulnerable, even machines breakdown when they reach their peak.
I am trying to practice those powernaps and catnaps but I cannot get it at all. Whenever I close my eyes, it's like someone is calling me to open it again and so I will. Then I will just go back to work and try to finish it as early as possible so I can try to take a nap but still no good. Cheesy
This is why I don't mess with casino games anymore.
You can keep on practicing that but don't do it when you're at work because instead of a powernap you'll get, a good night nap you'll have.

I play Plinko but I automate the bet with just small amounts so that I won't make a mistake on doubling or triple my bet from click errors. Because that happened to me before and I don't want to repeat that mistake. Lack of sleep is the cause of that mistake because I was forcing myself to play the game when I didn't know my eyes were closing for a bit until I woke up and my balance was down by a huge number. They are small, but when I see that they are not winning, I bet more. And then another and another, forgetting to eat and to sleep. And then an uncontrolled state begins - having already lost half of the deposit, tired and angry, I bet everything I have on an absolutely stupid match. And that time I was lucky - I was able to win back. But uncontrolled play in a tired state does not lead to good.

Not only gambling but everything is risky if done half asleep. Many people have met with accidents while driving half asleep.
Gambling is just the same. Whether tired or in sleep, if you are gambling in such conditions you are bound to lose your money.

I can personally attest to this as I had experience this before.

Back when I used to frequently gamble my savings, there will come a time where I am both physically and mentally tired to continue. I had this mindset of you miss 100% of the jackpots you don't take that lead me to continuously gamble despite running out of cash. More importantly, it really went downhill from that pint due to the fact that I was not in the position to think straight and rationally- all I wanted to experience was to win big.

Yes. Playing gambling when your body is tired is very dangerous, because emotions are very difficult to control when you are tired from work. Sometimes we think that gambling is a relaxing game, but in reality it also drains our thoughts and emotions. When we lose, we make another deposit again so we experience losses due to fatigue.

I say this because I have experienced that when I was tired from work and tired, I gambled in the hope that my mind would calm down and my tiredness would disappear, but what happened was the opposite, I experienced losses because it was difficult to control. Gambling is not a game that you must compulsory play with a must to complete your daily gambling routines of your gambling budgets.

Yes, when we tired and force to playing gambling, that can caused our emotion higher and can't thinks clear about what we done. We will try to playing gambling follows our emotion and not thinks about if we lose much money. That will be dangerous and gives riskier to us because we can really lose much money without we realize and that will makes us becomes sad and regrets because doing something wrong. If you are tired, it's better to take a rest and you don't have to playing gambling to prevents the lose in gambling. Besides that, we must thinks about the uncontrolled state that can happen any time because when our emotion increase, everything will happens, including higher tension and will caused us tempts to playing gambling using much money or even using all in of the money.

But for us just a normal gambler, I don't think there is an urge to gamble/bet when we don't have enough time, strength, and focus. We don't need to gamble if we are not physically and mentally strong or else, we are just simply pushing ourselves to lose. Yes, a gambler must understand that we never go to jail if we fail to gamble and most of all, we never lose our reputation.

A responsible gambler knows what is good for them. They don't need to sacrifice their health just for their gambling habit as we are free whenever we want.
