Nobody's paying your salary at the casino. Its win or lose, and sometimes the best win is knowing when to walk away. Its about respecting your limits, your mental state. If you're not feeling sharp, if your heart's not in it, your money shouldnt be either. This isnt about FOMO, its about long-term strategy.
Taking breaks, its not weakness. Its the kind of smart play that separates the winners from the losers. Believe me, I know a thing or two about winning. Sometimes the house wins, thats the nature of the game. But the biggest win a player can have is self-control. Remember, you decide when to play, nobody else.
People think gambling is bad because someone can become addict bla bla, now the question is, who force you to gamble?
Now in this thread @OP is forcing himself to gamble when he's tired, who force @OP to keep gamble?
To be honest, I don't think it's fun when you gamble when tired, so it's not only affect other activities, but there's no point to gamble when tired. Perhaps @OP is too busy with his daily activities, he need to sacrifice or reduce his daily activities in order to have more free time if he really want to gamble.
