I think both of them are good moba games but personally I prefer dota, I don't know why I can't get used to play LOL, maybe it cause I play DotA to long since in Warcraft.

No. I prefer League of Legends because its easier to learn but still hard to master.
I prefer playing DOTA2 than LOL. For me its a lot way better. Dota is quite difficult rather than Lol. Its game style and graphics are pretty impressive.
