For me it's a NO. They are both excellent game. It's depend on the gamer for his/her is the best moba game.
Both games are good. Theres no need to compare them because they are different. Mechanics is good in both of them, so this is just question of taste.

NO, I think LOL is more perfect and fairer, because DOTA has too many random values, and many times you may lose the game because of luck!

I have played both games and i have to say both are great games. However, i now almost exclusively play LOL.
LOL has more players and your buffalo than DOTA 2, DOTA 2 is left behind by LOL because DOTA 2 is too hard for newbie to play it.
