In "The Midnight Library" by Matt Haig, Nora Seed finds herself in a peculiar predicament. Standing on the precipice of death, she encounters a mysterious library where each book on the shelves represents a different life she could have lived.

Nora, grappling with regret and disillusionment, embarks on a journey through these alternate realities. She explores lives where she pursued her passion for glaciology, became a rock star, and even chose a different path in love. Through these experiences, she confronts the joys and heartbreaks of each choice, witnessing the ripple effects of even the smallest decisions.

As Nora delves deeper into the library, she begins to understand the profound impact of her choices on her own life and the lives of those around her. She grapples with the question of whether any of these alternate lives are truly better than the one she left behind, and whether the pursuit of happiness lies in achieving grand ambitions or finding contentment in the present moment.

The Midnight Library is a poignant exploration of life, death, and the enduring power of human connection. It reminds us that every choice, no matter how insignificant it may seem, shapes the course of our lives and that true fulfillment may lie not in achieving perfection, but in embracing the imperfections and appreciating the beauty of the journey.

Trading In The Zone by Mark Douglas.

It is a great book about the psychology of trading and preparing ones mind to trade for a living. The principles taught in the book can be applied to any type of commodity trading.

I apologize for briefly going off topic from the thread's topic but I am absolutely amazed at how this thread is at 198 replies in such a short amount of time. I should also look at this thread too, some people here have probably provided some nice recommendations for us to read.

THE BOOK OF WEALTH
 By Hubert. H. Bancroft

The Book of Wealth by Hubert Bancroft, is the historical wealth building bible that examines wealth creators and wealth building secrets!

The Book of Wealth was initially published in 1895 in a limited number of 400 sets. Bancroft distributed the book to the wealthiest people in the western world such as the Morgan's, the Rothschild's, the Rockefellers, the Vanderbilts, the Kennedy's, the Carnegies, the Fricks, the Fords, and the list goes on.

That's right, up until now, the only people who have ever owned The Book of Wealth, has been the Global Elite. It makes sense that the only way to gain access to this amazing book was to be born into one of these wealthy and privileged families.

In 1898, https://www.thebookofwealth.org/hubert-howe-bancroft/
Hubert Howe Bancroft placed the following advertisement in the New York Times promoting his infamous 10 volume book.

Amazon sent me a gift card for some reason, and I'm looking to spend it on some good book (or books). So, I'd appreciate it if you shared an insightful book you read recently.

- I like politics, philosophy, society, economics, psychology.
- I have enough Bitcoin books, so I'm looking for something else.

Drop your favorite books.  Smiley
"Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything" by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner
"Capital in the Twenty-First Century" by Thomas Piketty  The book delves into the history and trends in wealth distribution and its impact on society and the economy.
"The Myth of Sisyphus" by Albert Camus  this one  delves into the meaning and absurdity of life and expresses existentialist thinking.

3. Finding modern truth in Ancient wisdom by Jonathan Haidt.
Friends, thank you. Six pages of books are more than enough. You can continue recommending books, if you want of course, but I don't promise I'll read further.

Please recommend some good books that made you so knowledgeable on bitcoin, I would surely love to up my game.
  • The Bitcoin Standard, Saifedean Ammous
  • The Fiat Standard, Saifedean Ammous
  • Mastering Bitcoin, Andreas Antonopoulos (for the technical understanding)
  • Broken Money, Lyn Alden
  • Bonus: Principles of Economics, Saifedean Ammous (for understanding the Austrian economics)

But, truth be told, this forum helped me understand more than any book.
read this, OP doesn't want to read books anymore. So it is better not to bother him by mentioning the names of unnecessary books.
