There's a saying that no knowledge is waste and the more you read good book the more you acquire more knowledge. Anyways here are some good books I could recommend for you.
Blood brothers by Nora Roberts is a good book that involves love, war, hate, family.
The rise of the robots by  Martin Ford is another good book concerning economics and is about robots accelerating technology and helping to reduce the work force of humans.
I could go on and on but I put it to you that the bible remains the best book to me based on my spirituality I don't know your religion but you could read the bible more often if it relates to it, there's many knowledge to be unlocked hidden in the bible just keep reading it.
