That video seems like a pitch of your project to an incubator only.
Most of it is not even clear to listen to.

so the answer is, there may be no correlation to the news about DT-X and it being related to the current DT blockchain, or JIO blockchain.
If you decide to crowdfund or sharedrop only onto DPAFC then JIO coin holders and DT coin holders aren't getting anything.

DT X is a project a very large project that has not been decided if it will funded by private equity investors or if we tokenise the existing 16 million$ (1500 Kms of pipe) and future parts of the project to raise funds

DT Token Plays a role as the project community currency to be accepted for services over DT X

JIO Token is part of the DPAFC Fund services from which revenues will be shared with DPAFC holders from Travel, techannouncer and the exchange
