I wonder something, this thread with the casino is quite old but I have not seen that they have launched a signature campaign or yes, the site is quite interesting and they have a forum but I cannot write anything there if a subscription is not paid, this is why? I thought it was free and you could talk, a long time ago I had participated in a project where they were in a forum and they paid people to make posts and publish on social networks, I thought they had that same logic, the end of that Forum is for exchanging casino ideas and discussing games and also discussing gaming strategies.

Thanks, it's very strange but I double checked and I really cannot manually find any sports section when I access duckdice.io
But when I access duckdice.io/sport then it's there.

Maybe something to keep an eye on. If I'm experiencing this problem then there could be more visitors facing this issue.

Hi duckdice i sent and email but got no response there, wondring if there is anyway to recover my account where i lost $50k last month and i wasnt able to claim my monthly and weekly bonuses.

It is usually best to direct such enquiry to live support (the blue icon on the left hand bar if desktop, on the bottom bar if mobile), email responses can take 24-48 hours and may be the only route but our auxiliary support might be able to help some elements depending on the merits of the case

According to what I have read, I do not see that the casino has that it seems to me that this is a problem that is easy to solve, because I am going to think as if I had a casino, I would not like a business that makes a lot of money and that it has been established for a long time, I am going to lose my reputation for a bitcoin, I know that a bitcoin is worth a lot but it is not for them to get piggy for that either. I am not the one to judge anyone, but here I think a solution has to be taken that does not harm anyone, much less the player. If the player came here with a complaint, it is so that they can have scope for resolution.

Well to be frank, since it only takes 1 out of the 100 cases to cause enough friction that the other 99 don't wish to play anymore, our aim is to treat everybody fairly, of course not everyone using our services is trying to do the same Smiley



What would cause an account check with compliance?

Still nothing has happened, 2-3 days ago they said they would take care of it before the weekend, now this morning I received the following mail: "Retrieving the status report for you now. Kind Regards, DuckDice Support" and since then I haven't received any answer. I strongly warn against playing on Duckdice, I still have not received my 1.1 BTC, they are looking for reasons not to pay me.

1.1 bitcoin BTC is a big amount and i hope a right decision is made by the DuckDice. A casino usually earns a lot more than a single bitcoin and i hope they won't ruin their reputation for a bitcoin.

Look like you are trying to draw the conclusion too soon. Let them give a few more days and hopefully they will either come up with a reason of why your withdrawal is delayed or cancelled. Gambling houses are not wrong always. Sometimes we also violate the rules of gambling houses knowingly or unknowingly.
