hi all. Duckdice doesn't answer me. I wrote to the support email on March 2, duplicated the message on March 5. There is no answer. In the online chat they write wait, wait. They write about arbitrage bets on my account. There are no specifics, they don't ask to pass KYC, they just don't answer.

as per previous discussions, this user is definitively a scammer and not the original owner of the account he is currently claiming to be him, just scroll back through the thread to see why and how he is achieving this --- he is using multiple BTT accounts claiming to be different users as well to try to achieve this but thought it's worth highlighting as it can get lost in the mass of posts

i did and posted all evidences but the fake accounts they have here is more then you can count which make them look legitimate casino. i belive they are paying to users here to write in their fever

Today is March 6th and I still haven't received a single letter from Duckdice with the reasons for blocking my account and probable ways to solve this problem.

There was a temporary alteration that's now been lifted in response to a wave of abuses on our sports book, you should find that the odds are much more in line with what you would expect now. You will not recieve a lot of action from players on NBA if it stays like this I gues.....your choice but just letting you know your offer is far below normal practice.

We'll look into it but we actually use a sports book provider of course to handle the massive undertaking of setting odds, we have little to no control over that specifically, and as I understand when betting in live games sometimes very specific conditions might arise to odds and handicaps that are not that palatable to the player, we've had great success and many people feedbacking the opposite is true on our games as well so I think it is highly variable.

But thank you for your feedback we will certainly check it out to make sure everything is performing as it should

And what I saw is that you offer rediculously low odds.....look at the screenshot below....
On Serie A soccer game Fiorentina-Milan you offer odds of 1,68 vs 1,52 on the asian total and 1,92 vs 1,37 on the asian handicap....that is the lowest I have ever seen in my life....this cannot be serious that you are offering such horrible odds to your customers?
