same you did to me, the same you have posted on all other threads before, so all of these are scame and blackmailing but duckdice.io is honest?

I appreciate you commenting on your alt account thread aswell.   Not "all of these are scams and blackmailing" just the ones you create from your alt accounts and the fake stories you make up without any evidence.


But lets address this as it was a proper case,   1.  OP tried to set us in a bad light claiming we're not answering him via emails - as shown in my previous message we did in fact respond to him via email.
2. OP claims he made a 1036 USDT deposit before we banned him and money is stuck on the account -  I've asked him to provide the USDT transaction hash, ( it doesn't exist) so he conveniently ignores that part and simply throws baseless accusations.

3. Igumama aka greatnino aka crewchellenge etc etc - we will not be paying you a single cent regardless of how many other fake stories and fake trustpilot reviews you come up with.

It's possible that the email was delayed or blocked by your email provider or that the email was sent to your spam or junk folder.
I would suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there.

Actually I've said you haven't contacted us via live support! But I do understand at this point you're simply throwing stones in the dark hoping anything will stick your make belief story.

Anyway, you have lied about the emails, you have lied about the 1036 USDT deposit (which you conveniently ignore the requests for a transaction hash),  and while I know that you are our notorious trustpilot/bitcointalk blackmailer, I have tried to engage you and deal with this case as any other player who actually needs help resolving an issue. 

P.S.  - OP, in some of the fake trustpilot reviews you've made from multiple accounts you probably dropped the ball and set the same email to different trustpilot profiles ( assuming since you're using countless of them you didn't realise it), and coincidentally you happened to put the same email in the trustpilot fake profiles as the one you've posted here in your OP.

As I was saying we've been bombarded these past few weeks with fake 1 star trust pilot reviews aswell as some fake bitcointalk accusations ( like this one ),  where basically the blackmailer is demanding some $ or otherwise he will bring our reputation down. So if you do not find any email in your mailbox, then how come they can show is the screenshot of the messages ?

Do you think that they are faking messages and they are just the fake messages being produced ? How can we believe that you do not receive these message. No one has seen your mailbox too.

So in your opinion, improving the regulations is shady behavior? After all, it's all about developing and improving services. (Besides, this happened a few years ago.)

As for unresolved cases, could you give some examples? Because I have the impression that you are throwing words here that are not covered by facts.
Improving their service is welcomed but how they do it matters or at least for me as I said if they are going to deal with it in the harshest way like banning the account and forcing them to withdraw the deposited funds when their system is affected by a glitch or something because I feel the reputed casino at least will compensate the user won rewards with some money instead of saying you didn't win anything.

About the unresolved accusation, I feel the one on the trust page itself is unresolved and there are many come up when I search but I don't want to go through all of those and prove it to anyone.

Could you explain what you mean by "harsh way" and give an example? Because in my opinion it was you who used unkind words without giving a reason for your behavior:

Now duckdice moderator claimed he have as well replied my mail ask him if he can bring that evidence of replying me.

i was banned from the site when i keep asking again and again from their live support team, still i am waiting of their response as he said he have read my mails but he dont want to reply me their on my email, a site moderator would always invite me to site support center to sol my issue but he is kinda trying to make its a drama.

I went through the thread and this is what the casino responded and mark the case as resolved.

2. we've refunded the initial deposit to Ozafejyw782 (it's already on a balance). There were people mentioning that we should revert the balance to the moment before cancellation – and this would be the easiest and acceptable solution for everyone, however (unfortunately) this is not technically possible, we just don't have this possibility.

So we believe now this issue has been resolved.


So all they did is refunded the deposited amount not the amount actually won by user and the casino made changes to their policies after when someone won a big amount, maybe its not shady for you but IMO its shady and I won't trust a casino with such kind of resolution in case of an accusation.

Hello, thank you for the positive feedback.

Regarding this case, as you can see throughout the thread and my responses, OP has failed to provide any evidence regarding his case ( It doesn't exist), and as I've mentioned we've been dealing with a blackmail situation recently where a person is trying to bring our reputation down with fake reviews everywhere in order for us to pay him something to stop, which we will 100% not be doing.
