And then @OP didn't even bother to reply to the representative and give him the requested username.  Now I am doubting the validity of the accusation since, the representative stated that there is no email inquiry about the issue and for the second and third time, the representative asked for the username so that he can verify if there is really that case in their system.  @OP better answer the Duckdice representative than answering other users' queries here.  Your priority should be establishing communication with the casino representative, not other users,

So Sorry about your predicament with duckdice casino. It is quite unfortunate your going through this sort of experience and the worst if it all is hat you already deposited a reasonable amount of money with them which is very disturbing for bettors and gamblers. Like I always say, there is no smoke without a fire. If I may ask you, did you use VPN while registering with the website? Is your country amongst restricted countries which place restrictions on casinos and Crypto?  As these might likely be the reasons why such drastic measures were taking against your account but however the case maybe, their representative here has demanded that you send here your details for proper investigation to know if truly your accusations are really genuine and to work out a way of handling it.
Please do well to respond to the request so your case would be taken care of but if you fail to provide those details, I do not think your case would be looked into.

first send your username to @Kirito89 for the second time he asked you to do this in this thread, but you still haven't sent your username to @Kirito89, going now to your thread, you are not telling the whole story complete, because you don't tell everything, like for example:

1 - day you made the deposit and the amount
2 - game you made a bet and won
3 - day you made withdrawal and value
4 - all your conversations with support

Duckdice has had a shady past, they did try to clean the image after some time, but I am not sure how far they have gone.

i did contact their live support but the live support was rude they limited me and i wasn't able to use live support option as it was disappeared of my screen.
then i start sending mails to [email protected] from where i just got an automated response few days ago.

now some of users asked to provide proof of ban,

Also, there is no live support inquiry about anyone having a banned account with a balance on it,  there were however countless banned accounts created by the person who's contacting us "trolling" that they'll take our trustpilot score to 1 star rating.   Those accounts have no balance on them, no deposits, our blackmailer was simply creating them so he can get in touch with live support pretty much to tell us to check our trustpilot score, as he's made 5-10 more 1 star ratings from multiple accounts.   ( trustpilot has taken down most of them as they're fake reviews).

Surprisingly there is a Duckdice rep/support in the forum besides the Duckdice user itself. That's cool.
OP could not get screenshots as evidence since his account was banned. I think he needs to provide info evidence proving his account was banned.
He can't provide real evidence. And all he had are screenshots proving Ducedice support is not responding to him. 

What is the reason for his account ban? This is a stalemate unless Duckdice will unban his account first.

At the same time we've been dealing these past few weeks with a blackmailer doing countless of fake accusations on bitcointalk and trustpilot in order to "push" us to pay them some money for them to remove their negative reviews.

I wouldn't be so pessimistic. Looking at some of the feedback in the trust summary of DuckDice.io it sounds like the community pressure paid off a few times.

OP - you should exhaust all available contact options first, i.e. send PM to DuckDice.io and post in their thread. If no luck, open a Scam Accusation as advised above.

Well, i agree that if these newbies really been affected by Duckdice, they should come up with proper screenshots and evidence, proving that they are right.


The thread that you attached is exactly what I’m pertaining on the similar case. This kind of attack sprout when that accusation started. He try to necro bump all the duckdice previous that already solved just to create a negative attack on the Casino. I’m not defending Duckdice but on this case, The proof is not clear safe to the guy that started the thread that you attached. He is claiming to access an old freeze account while he doesn’t have any proof to claim it like access to the email that he use to create his account.

I can see the pattern here by providing crop proof to manipulate the reader by his story like he was not being heard by the support.

Scam against DuckDice.io, not the first one I've seen users complain about, maybe this is the umpteenth accusation, what's clear is that DuckDice.io has a team of representatives here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/duckdiceio-rakeback-races-faucet-deposit-bonus-jackpot-1676313, so that you can talk about complaints and various things that are detrimental to users who bet on the DuckDice.io gambling site.

However, if you have contacted their representative named: DuckDice.io, there is no solution and vice versa, maybe we can't help you much, it's just that in the future be careful in choosing online gambling sites, at least the representatives are responsible, if something happens.

Here we ago another newbie claiming that he can’t access his account while the proof he sent above is just a crop screenshot showing that he is chatting the email support simultaneously without support response despite Duckdice has a live support. I don’t want to accused the OP as a liar but it’s just odd that he use email to chat the support instead the live support also the last case against Duckdice is same to this and he is using email to chat the support too.

I really smell someone is really pressuring Duckdice to release his balance that doesn’t want to undergo proper procedure.

Yes, I agree if that's the only one he got it will not hold, if you are going to accuse you need to be transparent and complete the whole details, I support an accusation with valid and complete proof but what are we going to get from this cropped images it doesn't show us anything, there must be some conversations that transpire already but OP did not want to show it to us, OP needs to show us what steps he has taken when they don't allow him to withdraw.

I am sad for what has happened to you.
Thank you also for giving a statement on this forum so that it can make forum members even more careful in choosing a casino site.
Hopefully what has happened to you can be resolved and helped in the forum.
Maybe this can serve as a lesson for all of us to always choose a casino that is trusted and able to take responsibility for all the problems in it in the future.

I am glad you already got a response from a representative of DuckDice here, So all you need do now is provide your username so that he can check the legitimacy of the issue you have with them.

I actually going to tell you that there have been a lot of negative threads started my some users complaining about have same issues with DuckDice, and also blame you for continuing to play on this casino even after several complaint.
But i am glad to learn from the official rep of DuckDice here that those allegations were false and only a blackmail, lets hope yours is legitimate.

This is really sad and very disheartening and $1,500 isn't a little money to just ignore and I think just as the first poster suggested, I think you should mover this thread to the scam accusation board to get faster attention and intervention.
I also want to suggest that you show more proves to your claims like the deposit receipt and transaction ID to the deposit and also show the prove or error message you get when trying to login your account and hope there is no fault from you and I will also advice that you check ok their Ann thread if they have one over here
