 Finally you find my emails? how strange, before you denied receiving any email from me
and now you find my emails,
if you have already find my emails why don't you reply me there? so that i can provide more evidence.
and you already know now what my username is,
as i was discussing this issue with a moderator on live support and i got suddenly banned.
then i send those emails to your support team and got no respond.
but now you have read them so please go ahead and solve it.

We have never denied receiving those emails, as a matter of fact you were even answerred via email, probably the reason you cropped those email screenshots, what I can 100% confirm is that you never contacted live support regarding this "issue", what you did do however was contact live support threatening that you can keep posting 1 star reviews all day as you have access to 100 computers.

Op has as well failed to provide any evidence to back up his claims, the 1036 USDT transaction hash ( it doesn't exist). He also failed to mention that he did get a reply to his email ( the reason he cropped them so it would fit his story ).

While we treat our customers with the upmost respect and try to solve any issues that may arrive as soon as possible, we will however not indulge blackmailers and scammers.


I've created a flag against OP https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3085  and while I'm convinced he will simply create a new bitcointalk account and come up with a different story, would appreciate supporting the flag as in the future others might stumble onto this thread and won't take the time to read it and simple base their assumptions on OPs opening post as it's happened with some members throughout this thread.

1. OP had no deposits made on the account, heck he didn't even generate a deposit address for any coin.

2. He has been banned as our system linked his account to previous accounts used by the person blackmail-ing us.

3. OP is claiming we banned his account with a 1036 USDT deposit on it, so please OP provide a transaction hash of your 1036 USDT deposit for us and the bitcointalk community to validate your claims.

4. This is directed at you OP, since Trustpilot has removed most of your fake reviews, I assume this is yet another attempt to gather peer presure and "force" us into paying you something to remove your threads/feedback, I will affirm once again that 100% you will not receive anything, regardless of how many similar stories from different accounts you might create.

Buddy, there's nothing we can do about the casino scamming off your funds if you yourself can't do some research about the casino you're going to use before using it.
Because this exact casino has been accused several times for their shady and scamming behavior but I don't know why they have a good review on Trustpilot possibly they manipulated the review.


Please take a moment and read this thread instead of basing your response of a thread title.
This is said on both side and judging from the comments on this thread it clear that ops are just claiming what is not there and in other to cover the lies, he refused to supply any evidence to back up the claim of losing 1k+ on this casino.

But again it is important to read through a thread to get yourself up to date with the discussion before making any comment to avoid being off-topic just like what suzanne5223 did in this situation because he made a judgement without reading both side story.

 Roll Eyes Well. greatnino if you really have just wasted everyone's time here, did you really believe that by creating a fake thread with fake claims would achieve anything? If you can't post a transaction hash and convincing evidence then I think this is just about case closed. I can also see the similarities with igumama from reading through the other thread. It's disappointing and difficult to comprehend that someone would through all of this effort for a pretty hopeless cause.

Well, what can I say here, perhaps the OP will do this and send you a PM in the near future, if he is really interested and the situation is real, otherwise it looks quite strange to me because he did not even provide a screenshot confirming the difficulty of logging into the account and the deposit transaction.

I as well was wondering why OP has refused to send his details to the duckdice representative who has come up in defense and resolving the complaint of OP as requested and also if OP claimed to had made a transfer to his newly created account with duckdice why can he not be bold and transparent enough to make post of the transaction hash early enough for clarity and to remove doubt on his claims. Here the duckdice representative in his comment above said OP account was linked to various accounts that was trying to blackmail them and also mentioned a name on this platform too which made me start thinking OP might be a high rank member here running multiple account covering his identity as a result of his or  her past shady deals and does not want anybody to know his or her true identity. I would not be surprise if it turns out that these activities been carried out by OP is to blackmail and tarnish the image and reputation of the duckdice casino which i think is not alright in anyways. In as much as there is competition in the casino industry, every one casino should be able to compete in the right way so as to remain relevant  and attract more customers instead of carrying out blackmail and wanting to taint the hard  earned reputation of other casinos.

DuckDice have said that they can't see any live support requests from the user on Jan 15, despite the user having shown screenshots of the live support requests that dated Jan 11 and Jan 14. He also stated he sent emails. The fact that greatnino has attempted to get support and Kirito89/DuckDice said they can't see any support requests is definitely odd from whichever side responsible. It is difficult to see where the problem stems from due to the user being somewhat hard of English or lacking some communication skills.

greatnino, I hope you issue is resolved though you need to put a bit more effort into clearer communication. This will help to have your issue resolved. You should start by sending a private message to DuckDice with your username and reporting back here with how it goes. Your username shouldn't be exposed to the public if you send the private message privately.

If oos is serious and have any level of evidence and truth in what he said, then he should have created this thread in reputation, accompanied with relevant evidence for clarity.

But in this case, the ops just created the thread and ran away without any response.

I doubt that it's  a sponsored by a rival situation and fall more along the lines with the recent blackmail situation we've been dealing with where basically an user vowed to bring our trustpilot reputation + bitcointalk and other possible online medias to the lowest possible unless we pay him some amount of money to make it stop,  something we will 100% not be doing!

Well, not wanting your username in public view is understandable, that is indeed a genuine enough reason but you should have made this comment earlier before now, the whole discussion of blackmail started after the Duckdice representative asked for your username, you simply ignored it and went on to reply to some other comments here, by doing this, any one would have easily seen your complains as invalid since you ignored what should be important went on replying some not so important comments,

If like you said, you don't want your username in public view, you should have PMed the rep with your username immediately you saw his reply here, also letting him know that you do not want your username in public view, But that's by the way..
I hope they get your issues resolved immediately and do let us know when that is done.

To not do that is absolutely right, never negotiate with a blackmailer or even oblige to their request, because if you do, they will immediately see you as desperate and start coming back again and again.
So it is better to not give them any attention and always be ready to combat whatever they throw at you, when they keep trying and are not getting any result, they will probably give up at some point in time.
So if indeed, the guy posting this(I believe him to be just one person with multiple accounts) is trying to blackmail DuckDice into collecting some ransome, then keep standing on your ground and never give him a chance., he will give up eventually.

I believe they are doing the right thing.  They just put all those non-sense complaints in an invalid state by citing or giving proof that the thing complained about did not happen.  I also think that they are successfully done their plan since Trustpilot had reacted and deleted unfounded accusations against DuckDice.

The stated situation of Duckdice makes me think that this accusation is probably one of those since looking at the way @OP handle the situation in this thread, it looks like @OP is evading an actual communication with the casino since he never gave the needed username for the issue to be verified and eventually start up.

Blackmailers are like terrorists we can not negotiate with criminals and if the users keep on with the blackmails then you should find a posible means of identifying the individual and getting them arrested and charged with possible charges.

Just as you have mentioned in the ops, we should try to place such ops in  our ignore list to stop seeing their posts here in the forum.

from what I see OP does not have any valid evidence to support his claim or accusation against this casino, I realized that OP was online when the casino representative made a post asking OP to send the username, OP was online for a long time but not replied to the casino representative in this thread, I still don't know if the OP has PMed the casino representative, but I must say that the OP's behavior is not good at least so far he doesn't seem like the type of person to be making a valid claim with evidence, anyway I could be wrong, anyway in the next few hours or days we will see OP's position

I doubt that it's  a sponsored by a rival situation and fall more along the lines with the recent blackmail situation we've been dealing with where basically an user vowed to bring our trustpilot reputation + bitcointalk and other possible online medias to the lowest possible unless we pay him some amount of money to make it stop,  something we will 100% not be doing!

I believe those are extortion done by private individual or group.  I think there is a player who lost bigtime in your casino and wanted to get revenge or retaliate and to get his or some of his money and think of extortion and blackmailing as way to make it happen.  I hope the problem with this guy/group will end soon without the casino getting damaged.
