As we can see deposit has been made on 5th of December 2017 and cancelled on 12th of January 2018, the transaction got confirmed few days ago. Our current guess is that transaction took to long however, this is not the reason for it to be cancelled and we are sorry for the delay and inconvenience.

This is the first time I see an issue like this where player's deposit is canceled manually by the admin. Do they think that your deposit is considered like a double spent attempt because of the low fee? Even if they think like that then I think they should not cancel your deposit, they should only wait until 1 confirmation or more to credit your account balance.
Is there no active admin on the chat during weekends who can help you to solve this?

I wouldn't be surprised that this thing has happened currently DuckDice hase now bad reputation due to recent actions brought by them especially the accusation regarding their bonus conditions. And I do agree that they don't have the right to cancel a member's withdrawal without any valid reason what they can do is hold the withdrawal at most for a fraud assessment. Also before cancelling the withdrawal the staff should have informed the player the reason why their withdrawal got cancelled.
Shit if you are a signature spammer and even have not the time to read that it is a cancelled Deposit and not withdrawal! 
But you are right that they have a bad reputation and if someone plays at the publicly proven duckdice scam, then it is finally his own mistake and problem.
It does not make much sense to hold my hand into fire and then complain that it is burned!

for users with NO deposits we allow only 1 withdrawal of faucet winning;
user who play with faucet and have NO deposits must have NO clones;

So far that't it, if user just get lucky we will ask no questions.
