That's reasonable for me but what if he's the real NoMercy? probably you should just ask to sign a message on one of his address that was used before and I think that's the only way to confirm that he's the real owner of the account. Some users do break in gambling and came back after a weeks, months or year.

I just noticed that we could deposit through gift cards, that was a good alternative if cryptocurrency is not available on the country where user lived. I was just thinkin if users can't deposit crypto and can use gift card to deposit on your website but how about if they are going to withdraw it? but when I looked at the withdrawal page I see that there's a lot of options to withdraw it. That was actually good!
