We all know that you are disappointed but I think all the bets were fair and you can verify them all, if you really think that they scammed you or tricked you maybe you can give some proofs on why do you think they are scam. Just saying that they are scam without proof won't help at all you should have evidences like bet ID's and verify that it is not fair.

I just noticed that we could deposit through gift cards, that was a good alternative if cryptocurrency is not available on the country where user lived. I was just thinkin if users can't deposit crypto and can use gift card to deposit on your website but how about if they are going to withdraw it? but when I looked at the withdrawal page I see that there's a lot of options to withdraw it. That was actually good!
Actually we have more withdrawals methods than deposits methods. For deposits (at the moment) we only have crypto, bank card and gift cards and for withdrawals we have: crypto, bank card, webmoney, qiwi and yandex money.
Also we are adding more payment methods both for deposits and withdrawals now.

I didn't know that you are accepting BEP20 now the last time I visit your website you are only accepting ERC20 that was some good improvement by the way do you consider accepting SHIB or DOGE coins? I think they are also good coins to be used in gambling.
When you visited the casino for the last time? They added BEP20 few months ago and supporting the binance peg version of all available currencies. And dogecoin is already available to play there since the beginning. Maybe you didn't even visited DuckDice before making this post.
