@Mahdirakib if you click on show ratings on their profile then you’ll see that they have more than 3 negative trusts, and if people feel that this site can be trusted then they should leave positive trusts to show their support.
Furthermore it’s nice to see that a big gambler is praising them, and it also looks like that they’re really working hard behind the scenes to earn their reputation back, hence let’s hope that things work out for them in the long run.
The feedback of Lauda will be gone soon as Lauda has announced that he is leaving the forum for good.

In simple way, I think duckdice and towerbet players can request to the admin to add dinabot. Dinabot is a bot where players can exchange coin or transfer fund from a site to other site. There are few sites only supported by Dinabot, so if the demand here is good enough then I have no doubt that Dinabot will be willing to be in duckdice and towerbet.

Thanks for answering it seems that I'm not the only one who thinks about it. It's my first time hearing that Dinabot I hope they would implement it in the future but yes it's not mandatory and they needed to focus more on some important things than this one.

One person who have rated us negatively passed away (RIP) and the rest are either inactive or do not reply. So, looks like we will have to keep moving with it and just keep up with hard and decent work.
And regarding small races - yes, the prize pool is small atm, but we will change it soon, and for those who want easy (although smallish) win now - welcome. But be sure we will make our $500+ Races regular.
The same applies to sportsbet.io account, despite the fact that past is past and that company has enormously changed, they still carry Zepher's negative trust. Btw what you luck is more trust on your profile that's oriented on your gambling products, just see trust profile of other casino representatives here and you'll understand what I mean. Those negative trusts doesn't play too much role right now because as you see, some of them are turned into neutral and this messages users that past is past and this company has changed too. @DuckDice.io besides the member who has passed away there’re yet few active members negative trust that are yet there, and maybe you could try one more time to contact them, and then explain your case as that would bring down the negative trust score on your account.
Also in the meantime you can encourage player’s who are playing on your site to come here and post honest reviews, but avoid paying them as the reviews have to be clean and legit.

As far as I observed, they are already giving the best care for their customers, otherwise there will be scam accusations that will just pop up against them in this forum, and thus far I haven't seen one and we can also observe that after that negative feedback in the last 3 years there's nothing that has followed. They truly deserved a chance IMO but they can't force those raters to remove the feedback as every DT might have a different opinion based on what they see. What they should do is to focus on improving the business and maybe someday they'll earn a positive feedback from DTs.
As far as I've seen so far Duckdice is doing their best to improve actually those negative trust was long time ago they keep improving themselves as you can see now they're still here offering great promotions on their players so far I haven't heard or read any negative accusations about duckdice.

They actually have a bad trust and I am not saying Duckdice is scam or anything because I have played in past and got paid properly when I withdrew my money but that said a lot of players and big gamblers avoid using the casino for that reason. I feel like if only duckdice could clear their image somehow they would had a lot more users and I remember when it first came into existence a lot of users were there at least when I used to play there were large number of bets happening all the time.
I just checked and it shows they have 500+ online which is actually pretty huge because stake as a huge casino and sportsbook has on average 1800 online which means there is not a huge discrepancy given they have sportsbook too.

The feedback was already over 3 years, the fact that they are still operating until now, that means they have survive and for sure they can clean their name since there's no scam accusation or any negative feedback I have read against DuckDice.io anymore.
We can read the opinion of the people, but regardless they can still run their business even with negative feedback.
Although the red tag against them is quite disturbing but if they improve and give a good service by now to their users then I think those things can be ignore.
And Yahoo is right on his thread created since it's really good to review the tags for quite sometime since for sure those things has been improved by a site if they are still running by now and I guess it's worth to try to play by now but it's still on the players decision if they can risk or just pass this one.
