Just to bring some positivity to this thread . Deposited today 0.3 ETH to claim the 100 % bonus , so started with 0.6 ETH , turned it into 2 ETH , succesfully wagerred the rollover requirement . And withdrew , got the withdrawal in max 5 min .
So I'm very pleased with their platform.
@AlexSimion I have been visiting this thread for quiet a while now, and I’m glad to see your post because these accusations posts against them had to end and now let’s hope that these guys can do some business in peace.
We did tried to reach the guys that have put negative trust explaining that the case is very old and has been resolved with a refund and there were never any accusation for DD since then, but no one seems to be bothered even answering us.
Can anyone suggest or know if there is any formal procedure for appeal?
Negative trust can't just remain forever there should be some way to clear your name, or?
I like reading your message, you are very positive and you are willing to do things for the feedback to be remove.
For a business like yours, you need to have a good reputation and hopefully whatever problem will be sorted out... and yes I agree with some who recommended you to open a new thread and maybe the community will review the red tag and could provide a possible solution to that.

I don’t know if there’s any way to remove a negative feedback or not, but what you could do is invite few reputed members of this forum and give them some funds on their site account and ask then ask them to post their reviews out here.
Also make sure you post the names of those members in this Ann, and also ask those members to mention it in their reviews so that no one can claim later on that it was a paid review and not a genuine review.
