Agreeing to something that you didn't read is on you, not the site. Don't rent a house without reading the lease, don't take a loan or start a job without reading the contract. Don't accept terms without reading them. If you unknowingly agreed to terms, it's on you for not reading them since the site makes the terms of use available to you when creating an account.

So you can restrict even the highest of depositors you have just because you can. And they might unknowingly agreed when they signed up.

Within their terms they can change the conditions at anytime without notices etc. etc., this means that they can change the terms into their favor at anytime, when they need it changed?
This is really incredible amount that he get? 0.33 btc is currently good amount. I wonder if this work for everyone else. Since not all other players will have the same luck as him. Anyway about your post, I believe many of them believe that it is going to work on them when they do the same thing as you did. And after they lose it, they will again call this a scam site
