But for the time you spent on DuckDice you got thousands of usd in bonuses, we can't make everyone happy no matter how we try, and when players don't like the service this badly as you do - the only reasonable solution is to stop using a service. Also you have no active refs, so you lost nothing.

If you cant keep your promise regarding your business then that is your fault, if there is any error on your site or you provide manual service instead of automate service then that is totally your fault but if that doesn't happen and people losses their fund on gambling then that is not your fault.

There is no flaw with our system, it works the way it was designed.
Also user didn't lost any funds - on a contrary he earned (earn - not won) them.

Hello! I’m one of the DuckDice users U:Bustmachine I have there over 6 btc profit and never got any problems with withdraws and other things. AFAIK duckdice process withdrawal instantly. Probably your case is a bit different since you are non depositor player, means that you play with faucet only so probably they need to check your account first and verify that your withdrawal is legit. As long as you did not abuse the faucet by creating multi account or something else which is against the terms then you'll get your withdrawal IMO.

Even older players like myself sometimes gets a withdrawal under review. It's just some security check. I prefer sometimes a manual approval then that some hacker withdraw my funds.

Probably your case is a bit different since you are non depositor player, means that you play with faucet only so probably they need to check your account first and verify that your withdrawal is legit. As long as you did not abuse the faucet by creating multi account or something else which is against the terms then you'll get your withdrawal IMO.

The negative feedback is all around a case with a deposit bonus that happened almost 2 years ago. DuckDice paid out huge payouts since then.
So if you think that DuckDice is a scam because our generous [and a nit buggy] deposit bonus campaign had a flaw in cancelation bonus algorithm, after which we admited it, canceled the deposit bonuses and made a refund, then I don't even know what we can do to clear up our trust, would actually love to know the answer to this.
Cause we never scammed anyone, we are verified on the same line with Primedice and people still throwing this too old, already obsolete case into our face.
