I don't know the story here and I don't really want to get involved, I just saw something that really stood out to me.
Agreeing to something that you didn't read is on you, not the site. Don't rent a house without reading the lease, don't take a loan or start a job without reading the contract. Don't accept terms without reading them. If you unknowingly agreed to terms, it's on you for not reading them since the site makes the terms of use available to you when creating an account.
I don't know the rest of this story, I don't want to know.
So you can restrict even the highest of depositors you have just because you can. And they might unknowingly agreed when they signed up.

That is according to you, but the players on your website have bad feedback with the system, just reminding the feedback will make your site run well. We actually treat our players feedback as one of the most important information for future development.
On our forum we have a designated section where we highly encourage our members to leave any feedback and suggestion and twice a month we scrape it and give to research & development department.
But even with this approach, if the player will come and say "I don't like Duckdice name, change to whatever-dice", we cannot do this. So if one player come and say you must neglect all GDPR legislation compliance for me, we just can't dot this.

But for the time you spent on DuckDice you got thousands of usd in bonuses, we can't make everyone happy no matter how we try, and when players don't like the service this badly as you do - the only reasonable solution is to stop using a service. Also you have no active refs, so you lost nothing.

Hello! I’m one of the DuckDice users U:Bustmachine I have there over 6 btc profit and never got any problems with withdraws and other things. There’s nice Admins and they never did any bad things so stop complaining about it. DuckDice is cool website with a lot of huge bonuses and best dice I know so far.

AFAIK duckdice process withdrawal instantly. Probably your case is a bit different since you are non depositor player, means that you play with faucet only so probably they need to check your account first and verify that your withdrawal is legit. As long as you did not abuse the faucet by creating multi account or something else which is against the terms then you'll get your withdrawal IMO.
Even older players like myself sometimes gets a withdrawal under review. It's just some security check. I prefer sometimes a manual approval then that some hacker withdraw my funds.

I am a big fan of Stake and Primedice and that's not new to anyone on this forum but damn it, DuckDice has the best faucet game ever.. I love to log to their sites only to play their tic-tac-toe.. So if you think that DuckDice is a scam because our generous [and a nit buggy] deposit bonus campaign had a flaw in cancelation bonus algorithm, after which we admited it, canceled the deposit bonuses and made a refund, then I don't even know what we can do to clear up our trust, would actually love to know the answer to this.
Cause we never scammed anyone, we are verified on the same line with Primedice and people still throwing this too old, already obsolete case into our face.
