For the time and amount of resources that were used, I believe there is a possibility that your "son" has created a ponzi system or something like that. I tried in last 13days to find is there any Federal Body who handles all Casinos case and all illegal things that happened on Casinos. But, I ended up knowing there is no Centralized body to govern all Online Casino. What a weird, weird story. I actually believe you are telling the truth. However,
1. How did your son manage to borrow all of this money from multiple sources without your knowledge? None of these people said anything to you about it? If its several months salary for you I find it hard to believe that he could acquire all of it without you finding out about it.
2. There's no way to prove your son was the one doing the gambling. It's not like you have video of him playing and losing on the site. Therefore, its hard to depend on the whole "minor" aspect as far as your case is concerned.
I feel bad when I lose $50 gambling; it makes me stop and re-evaluate my decisionmaking abilities and priorities. KYC is illigal in the Netherlands nobody but out government is allowed to ask for a copy ID, not sure how that works in the UK but this is also the case in Curacao since it's one of the Netherlands Kingdom laws those apply to the full Kingdom of NL.
