LOL, you keep saying it is not your mistake means you are still blaming duckdice on what was happening with your bet. If you are so sure that it is not t your own mistake then give them something as a proof. If you cant prove anything then you should also stop posting and asking for refund.

Let me ask you before you are going to give some of your proof to accuse duckdice, you are having hard time after you refreshed your game which is end up of losing right? So if this happened contrary, are you going to say that you are misclicked your bet and give them back what you win before? I do not think you will do this, just because of losing does not mean you are being scam, as long as it is your own fault and they have provably fair system so everything is on the right track

Duckdice have not paid my affiliate commission in whole.

I have been contacting the admins ever since their server crashed, back february of last year. They have made patches instead of a fix so I've been checking with them from time to time. Last year I have been settling with this patches(manually crediting me) as they have not failed to respond whenever I see miscalculations of my commission. Early this year I tried to contact them several times, I didn't get a reply. Did send another one not very long ago and still did not get any reply. Today, I logged in to see what is happening and found people on chat talking about how unsatisfied they are with DD. One player was Cigol(they banned him now) and Spooncey(one of their Vip's).

So I started chatting about my unsatisfaction with their affiliate program and some Mod have been deleting my chatposts explaining myself. They said to contact support, I told them they have not responded for a long time. . Yada. . Yada. . Yada. .

Then an admin chatted something in the chatroom, so I thought that maybe now I can get the attention I have wanted, but instead of addressing my concern I got banned. I dont care if you do that Duckdice, just pay me fair and square with my commission.


It is not the users fault that your servers broke down, so why do we have to be the one suffering from your guys' incompetency.

How does the affiliate program work? 15% is very low if it's net rev share. Can you explain it further?

Request your betting history. If the high bet was an exceptional bet, it at least indicates that something went wrong. Does not prove it, but indicates it.

Well that means you were lying as if it wasn't your fault but site's then you would have fought for your money. What a waste....

He deleted the post before and one day later he posted it again. Let's see if he found out it was his own fault or if he post it again tomorrow.

and....his posts are disappeared. Is he noticing that it was his own fault already or he got a refund as he wish? Pretty strange, he was asking for refund so hard but now his posts disappeared (I'm sure he deleted by himself).
Can you confirm about this @DuckDice? Did you give him a refund? As I remember he promised to delete the posts if he get the refund.

it happens, 0.025 is not the end of the world
how on earth after the supposed refresh the settings could have jumped so that you max bet plus switched sides?
if admin refunds you,he would have to refund all the players who claim that their bets went wrong
you have to produce some real solid evidence that the site malfunctioned(and even if it did I can't see it pressing max bet on its own),so far it is not convincing,sorry

So want to ask for refund of what you have lost because you think that you have lost because something wrong with the site? If it is a real glitch on the site then there will be many people complaining the same think as what you do (at least you'll not be the only one).

In case if it is real bug on the site:
You did notice the bug why you did not make any screenshots when it was happened? You noticed the bug but you still continue betting as you said your browser refreshed 50 times. That's a lot of time for you to stop before the 50th refresh and find out what is happening. At least you could try to ask support (before you lost all your money). This is your mistake (noticing a glitch/bug but continue betting).
The other mistake you made, you do not provide any proofs that it was really happening on your side.

I'm very sure you will not get any refunds, if you get a refund then all players who lost their money on this site or maybe in any sites will try to do the same with you. Just take your lost, as it is not a big amount for you (you said it by yourself). If you want refund then provide proofs.

Rajam it is super funny cause even Bitcointalk is behind a CloudFlare, as well as all the major sites.

For all those who don't want to read this super long message here is a summary: Rajam is saying that after page refresh that has been caused by CloudFlare (doesn't matter actually) his game settings switched from Low to High and therefore he has lost his next bet (which I guess was all-in or close to it).

We've made an investigation, we've asked other users and there is only one rock solid answer - simple page refresh only stops your autobet it can not change any of your settings.

Not even mentioning that we were under DDoS in Saturday night and your bets were places on Monday.

Either way, if you can provide any proof or at least some evidence for a reasonable doubt we will run investigation once again.

According to your brain wash theory, offering

- Dispute resolution between you and the operators for your Game Protect qualified gaming accounts
    
- Lawyer and civil court proceeding, in case you have a valid claim and we can not reach a resolution
    
- Lawyer and private investigations, if operators embezzle account balances or players act fraudulent
