No, there's no relation between the project he managed with his reputation, but surely he will care and contact the support of the project in order to sustain the project for long term. There's no way a good project will avoid to answer and resolve the accusation or complaint toward them.

When there's an accusation created about a big casino by newbie, most of them are only fake accusation because the gambler broke the casino rules or he lose all of his money that he have gambled.

Here it is working normally, in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave), but I have been through this problem before and we even answered yesterday a user that was having the same access problem

Try clearing your browser's cookies / cache / data, turn your modem / router off and on, and maybe even restart your computer.
You can also try with an anonymous tab
It will probably work.

Also test on your smartphone, both with your home internet and mobile internet.

Let us know if it works.

That is one of the two thins that I do when I am gambling and having trouble. First of all I clear the cache, and clear the cookies, make sure that I am doing all the best I can do in that regard, if that helps then it's fine, if not then I stop using VPN, because sometimes that blocks some things and when you close it off, it could help you out as well.

If it's not these two things, then I start writing to support, because those two are the only things I can technically do to help myself, but above that there is nothing I can do alone, I need to ask the support. Duelbits is a place with a great support staff, so whatever problem you are facing, they will give you a long and detailed list of what you can do and if you follow it step by step, it will help. So far never failed to handle it for me.

There’s a big difference between free VPN to paid VPN. First is the speed since free VPN limits the speed allowed for their free user. Second is the available country IP is very limited for free VPN and most of them are from the country which gambling is not legal so it’s useless on using in gambling.

Lastly and the most important feature is free VPN shares IP address to all its free user. This is the common reason why users are being detected as multiple account since casino abusers often use free VPN and it’s a trouble if you use their IP because you will be connected to them.
